Never invest hard and earn money in this group. They are simply money minded group. They provide poor quality construction, poor quality amenities. They will show you something and will provide you something else. Huge complain from the Rajat Avante's residents who bought flats from them. I am one of them. NEVER NEVER NEVER buy your dream from them..

Car parking space in this area is enough the carpet area of a 2 bhk is like 1 bhk here the space is so small

This area is built in an area that id far from the main city and ubers and rickshaws also refuse to come here. Even for grocery we have to travel quite a lot.

They did not answer my questions in detail when I went to visit them on the construction premises office and since I have some experience in real estate, I know what questions to ask them, but for those who do not they could easily get duped! So take care when dealing with them!
