Cheaters. I have given the booking advance only. Thank God I did not complete the loan formalities. No answer till date for the money return. Worst customer service. They can choose some other 2nd grade business intead of this. Ravichandran is on top of everything. Not sure how much they spent on the advertisements but never worth.

I have also invested in RRP - Akshya in MaraiMalai Naggar last year and settled the initial amount of around 6.5 Laks to RRP - I know the issue and complain on thiruvalur n guduvancheri. Will the complain can be taken for MaraiMalai Nagar or should I approach RRP for refund? Please help a way forward - Please call me @8939940072 for any one invested in MM nagar

Need help to get my money back from RRP housing

2 Years back I booked a villa and paid almost 20L and there is no improvement in the house and its been 2 years now and they could not finish it .

After seeing the news of his arrest I am scared about my house .Is there any community or group formed to know information about this and fix it .

I want to be a part of it.

Can you provide me a contact number I tried reaching many people regarding this and I could not find a proper channel .

Help me please!

I want to but your villa near gudvancheri, 2month back I saw your site. I have interested to buy your villa. when it possible again see your site with my family.

My hole family can ready come to see. if arrangement for cabs. when you pick up the cabs. can give as soon as quick .when it possible. To my family go the location near by all facilities so I choose one more my kids school also near by your location. so I like the projects very much.

Worst Ever Experience - RRP

THESE GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. Don’t even trust a word what they say. I am supposed to have my Villa handed over to me by Jan 2015. From December my Home Loan due of Rs 11, 000 is nailing me. Plus I have paid 14 Lakhs and Bank paid 11 Lakhs(Amount paid in Full). Still all I see is a Basement and 4 Pillars. God only knows when they will finish my Villa. Customer Service headed by Mr. Ravichandran is mouthful of LIES.

Better burn your money than giving a penny to these guys. Total Stress, Worthless and Waste of money and time is what you will end up with.

Preparing to legally jack this team. Nastiest decision ever made was choosing these buggers.

END – Moral of the story – IF YOU WANT TO BUY A HOUSE, AND IF YOU ARE A TYPICAL INDIAN MIDDLE CLASS GUY FANTASIZING TO SOME HOW BUY A HOUSE WITH HOME LOANS AND OTHER STUFFS. YOU BETTER DIE OR APPROACH RRP. BOTH WAYS IT’S THE SAME. THEY WILL KILL YOU!

This builder is not at all reliable. Never ever rely on the promises given by the builder and their words keep on changing.

Hence be careful and do not loose your hard earned money by providing rent and EMI to the bank simultaneously due to the delay in construction and handing over. Instead go for a reputed builder who atleast can keep up their promises.

My family happy to thank for rrp housing. when I did finalize the location at chennai. guduvanchery is perfect choosing to live with my family. my brother asking some other project going on not assurance and slandered . but when I guess the price is correct and exact estimate.All the amenities including. it is family package home. My grandpa happy to share with this friends. I am also same happy with share my friends .Glad to thank for rrp housing .

My family glad to thank for rrp housing, because they given budgeted villas comfortable to my family this is family package . So really happy with there.facing look very nice.many people search for home which place is suitable to live with family.

I got there right way to invest my money . I happy with share with my friends. My daughter future life set to there, because all facilities near that places. I guess Chennai one of the most developing are guduvanchery.

The service provided by your team was excellent.they kept us up-do-date.they always brought a care, dedication, professionalism in their work.their human approach, behavior and guidelines have been pleasing.

I have good experience with them.i could see possession was provided in time.very clear dealing and schedules are kept well.all arrangements made as per requirements.they practice good construction and use standard specifications.

Rrp construction was pleasure to work within the design and building of well thought out quality built distribution center.construction process has been stressfull, but throuhout the entire project rrp team made it enjoyable and commandable.team made it pleasure and prospect in all the features.

Communcation of tele calls and update showing on progress sedhule.they shown dedication and professionalism in all the department.

RRP Housing gave us a detailed schedule, kept us on track with decision making on materials, subcontractors and keeping us updated when inevitable things came up. Never a down day. Much of the work is done by RRP Housing is great. who are invested in doing a good job and take pride in their work. Scrupulous oversight by our eagle-eyed supervisors RRP Housing takes their crisil rating seriously and works hard to maintain it.

Thanks to RRP Housing for accepting my delays in paying stage payments and for accepting changes in building. They understand the pain of a buyer like me. Thanks once again.
