A very faltu project in neral going on, they were cheating us by giving us wrong information by celebs. still I have not received my possesion lbs sector 1. They had been told me that the within 3 years will give possesion but still not, now allmost passed 5 years and waiting for the possesion. dont be a fool.

one star also giving them for submit my review therrwise I would give zero star. they are playing games with common peoples, they dont know what situation we going through due this worst delayed. we paying un necessary interest to bankers and if we delay from our side they charged us interest.

We have to make complaint against them if anyone interested contact me will go rera and file a acompalint.

Puranaik city reserva completed datw was given by authorise person is December 2022 now extended for one year if want to know possession they will always miss guide you over the phone they will never response or reply it was big mstake to purchase from puranik lot of option we have but bad luck purchased flat in Puranik now every single day want to contact CRM or senior employee but no body response till date

Bought a 2bhk flat in neral city in sect 4 in December 2018, and is not yet ready for possession.

Currently the construction is at Plinth level.

no response from Puraniks staff. they only contact you at time of payment.

Due delay in projects and bad reviews from customers, cost aprreciation is way too weak or better I would say negligible.

I would like to advice all better not to purchase in any projects of Puraniks.

kindly go though customer complaints of their pending projects.

It is total bluff game by puraniks , possession date is just a joke for them. They don't bother about customer time , money. Don't don't invest in puraniks. Possession expected on Dec 2022 after a extension of 1 year due to covid. Project is 95% completed however they are extending possession date continuously. It's not guaranteed yet when possession will get. This is very unprofessional , irresponsible .

Worst experience, Booked flat 6 years before still waiting for possession . No response from CRM team . they call you only for Money . Not recommend anyone to go with Puranik Builders .

These guys commit any date while purchasing flat, whereas giving some reason for an escalated date on the contract, doesn't return your booking amount, there is no proper response from the CRM team, there is no escalation matrix and you couldn't get through to any top-line management or anyone who will give you so authentic reply or appropriate reply. Don't buy any property from this builder or you also end up writing the worst review about the builder here.

Cution !!!! Don't buy a token from these guys if you don't want to beg for refundof your own hard earned money from them.

They will not refund you on time. I had very bad experience ?? they will make you frustrated for your money refund. I had got the refundable token from them initially they said they will refund in 10-15 days. Then they will say refund in 15-20 WORKING days. Still after 2 months I haven't received my money!!!

Giving false commitments to customers at the time of booking flats. They was given commitment to me like you will get 40k as referral amount. Almost 9 months has been over but still I have not received my referral.However I sent dozens of email and phone call to Puranik team. But not receiving my phone call, So very unprofessionaland fraudulent staff giving commitments on email but not actually fulfilling. I don't know what hell is going on.

....Very pathetic experience to work with puranik builders, its completing almost a year to leave a job from puranik but till date not a single rupees given by puraniks, even directors are very irresponsible for the same. HR team is very unprofessional. These people are known for their fake commitments and unprofessional behaviour. They are not giving any reply and no single rupees for full n final payment.

Very unproffessional way to work here.

Its my request don't even think to join this company, and don't read recent reviews posted here, coz these reviews are fake and wrong. Just scroll down and then start reading, you will get an idea about "REAL PURANIK BUILDERS"

Im going to file complaint against them in consumer court for not refunding my token. They talk any bullshit to grab money from you and thereafter dont even bother to respond. Cheat people. Cheat company.

Fraud. We were asked to pay 5000/- to block a room number at Tokyo bay and if we decide not to go ahead with paying booking amount the amount will be refunded in 4-5 working days. we paid them on july 26 and after 2 months we are still chasing them for refund. Sales team, customer care team, accounts dept., None of them responds.

Wish we could rate them zero stars...

They do mistake while doing agreement purposely. We a buyer has quoted a particular flat cost and the same has been updated on final agreement but what they do is they include 2.5 lacs in the flat cost and ask for 2.5 lacs over and above for parking seperately on possession. I noticed that one and half yrs back and I did follow-up but nobody take action from pune puraniks(Sanket and CRM team and Sales team). When I contacted Paramveer in mumbai, he also said that I will contact with sales team and ask them to contact but he is not responding and he put his phone switch off. Such a bad experience I got from a builder like puraniks. I never imagined that this kind of parking cost they will billed twice.

Puranik is a fine developer in Thane but their layout dont have balcony areas attached to bedrooms

There is new project in Thane who provide better layout with balcony spaces in all bedroom and is developed by Risland developers for their project named THE ICON, and even they are using advanced construction technolgy which stands different from other developers.

I have been told that u have to pay one % after the march 31 2019 .but when demand came to me I was still charge 8 %gat .they are lier .they don't keep their word .rest other builder are charging one percentage apart from puranik.

I booked flat in Puranik city, their behaviour is different before flat booking and after booking. They treated me well before booking flat and i got continuous calls to complete booking formalities and for payment processing. Once booking done their behaviour is rediculs. They don't even answer calls are don't respond for mails. I had issue in my new flat in after processing and they don't paid due of maintenance and electronic bill.

If i send any mail regarding issue they used to generate ticket which is rediculs process with no solution.
