Pradip Builders and Hardwares, Kolkata

Reciently I know pradip builder while I was searching flat to buy. I am also civil engineer. There are some project of pradip builder is pradip siddyeswari. I thought to buy the flat but quality of concrete and workmanship is not good. When I search I found its compleation time is not up to date. And the price of flat per square foot is also so high. According to price I am not satisfied to buy the flat. As per my view quality control and workmanship is required to sell their flats.

I had purchased the flat from this builder ignoring all review comments and based on my own document verification. But over the year I moved in  I have got all short of medical issue including Blood pressure due to the builder. First of all after just after moving( without proper document from the BBMP) I had to pursue the builder for all short of issue which I thought would be normal in any new building, but even after 1 yr my issues had not been resolved.I got my wood work damage due to water seepage and still my issue is not resolved.There are numerous small small issue which are not still not resolved . There is no proper sewage connection with the building and as a result huge cost is incurred in throwing the drain water out.The occupancy certificate for the building had not yet been received and the builder had been saying over last 7/8 month that it will be received but recently Association people had been saying that they came to now that builder had yet applied for the occupancy certificate as the clearance from various BBMP department like sewer/pollution fire had not been received. This make my worst fear come to. I have checked with few people and they say you cannot sell your flat without OC. So in short if you  want to loose all your money and get medical problems for free, please go ahead and bye this flat.

Prapdip builders are the worst builders in our zone. Dont deal with them in any kind of projects to complete beacause they will not complete your work and even though take the money from you. I have a deal with them to ready my 4 floor house in 6 month. I paid 250000 Rs in advance to start the work and make a agreement with them. They started my work with good effort but after 1 month they stopped and they ask to pay more money. I said its not in the agreement. I said you must finish my work and then I will pay you the full amount. They said no we will not going to start your work . I have make a complaints to the site manager about this. He also not helped me  and forced me to pay the amount. I am not intrested this kind of business deals and then they leave my project in uncomplete mode. Then we make a contract with other builder.

Very very bad experiance facing with this company. Dont ever do with them.
