I have purchased a flat in prabhavathi Comforts in Begur Road. Builder cheated me in the way of second selling the flat to me. I have approached RERA Karnataka for justice in March 2018. They have accepted my petition and it comes for second hearing this month end. Interested aggrieved parties can file a petition in RERA Karnataka website.

Delay in possession

All projects are delay in possession dates. because of this I dropped the buying property with prabhavathi builders. project locations also not in parse area.

not worthy properties, dont go for it. very bad experience with them. builder is not genuine

I got one call from PB Builders today. They are saying one project where I booked its resuming Constructionguru30 in just just one black A. I am contacting one of the other Partner in Prabhavathi Builders. He is assuring for work completing in Prabhavathi Daffodils where I booked the Flat.

Don't trust Prabhavati Builders. Their quality of Constructionguru30 is very poor. They didn't keep up their promise. Messed up in the Constructionguru30 in one of my bed room @ Prabhavati Enclave.

Very poor customer service and don't keep account of the money paid to them. Be careful with this builder as they will not refund your money.

Builder played a fraud with me

Your hard earned money will be used by the Builder as in my case and at the end of the day - you will neither get the flat or your money or interest or anything for the pains taken by you.

Just pass this message to as many people as you can, so that this should not happen with any one in future.

Please make sure before buying any property, because once you have paid money then you can't do anything.

Worst Builder in the City

Worst builder in the city. More than 2 years delay still not completing the project, no honest, money minded people, no customer service, Not attending the customer calls, No quality in construction.

Suddenly office were shutdown and absconded. No response from the builder and many construction has not been completed. Not returned money to the customers.

Come to know many customers has filed a case against the builder.

From December 2016 they are doing a very hard work to handover the flats for customers.they are all not cheater for some problems they did like that. That's it

I think customer did not worry to buy a flats in prabhavathi builders.

My uncle have buyed a flat in prabhavathi grand view in Jan 2016 it's near sarjapura road.there is no responds for few days. but from November there is very good responds from them. I am feeling good about these company.

Prabhavathi Builders had very bad staff.when I was trying to book flat with them.They talk very smoothly and sweet with me.They were taking my care as their baby.I was in process of booking my flat I come to know from his old customer that this is not good builder using very low quality material.customers and people are running pillar to post either for possession of the flat or for the refund.They did not refund money easily if anybody cancel flat.I stooped process of booking with them.There staff kepp calling me and making disturb me.Though I had told them my decision.When they notice that I will not book flat.The behave of staff change and sweet talking people start speaking me with angry.This is very unprofessional behave.If they want to do business they should behave good with people if he is buying flat from them or not buying.

I think instead of just getting worried about your own property like Grand view, windsor etc. we need to put a collective effort to nail down this issue. I am one of the owner in Prabhavathi Elegant(Booked in May-2013) I'm still waiting for the possession letter with some Finish938844ing work pending in my flat. Now problem is builder office is closed since more than a week and all people who followed us for aishwaryasingh23ment like anything now not even picking our call and least bothered about us.

Since I don't have update on what exactly is the status, I kindly request people here who have similar problem don't aishwaryasingh23 money to these guys and fall into their trap.

Whoever booked apartment on this project please share your contact detail, as the builder cheated on us and escaped. Other projects customer already lodged complain to police and police has sealed their office. We planned to raise complain against Grand View project as police is taking complain against the project and not for individual. We have created whatsapp group to communicate each other and plan accordingly. So we need more people whoever affected by this project.

Project started 2013-14, delivery date was 2015 NOV-DEC.

Currently Builder and Staff not Picking Calls . Look Like Runaway Case and Some

FIR is launched by the building owners at MICO Layout Police Station .

Prabhavathi Builders are not trustworthy

I have bought plot in Prabhavathi Bliss 2 in 2015. But now after Loan sanctions and payment I m not able to get any details about my plot. I stay in USA hence it is becoming very tough to get details. They are not picking nay calls. Also I heard recently that they stopped construction work.

Do you have any latest updates on Bliss 2? and also status of the builder? I heard there is a whatsapp group created by all who purchased in Bliss 2 . Are aware of that? If any one has details please let me know. IT will be really helpful for me .

If any one is planning to buy a Flat or any type of property with Prabhavathi Builders, My sincere request to all those people is not deal with them and do not lose ur hard earned money. They have already cheated 100's of customers and people are running pillar to post either for possession of the flat or for the refund. The company has gone thru huge losses and the construction as been completely stopped. Being a landlord of one their projects, I am behind them for the last 3 years for completion of work and till date they have remained pending. Never seen such an A* Ho, Mo F* who has given so much trouble to innocent people. They are bankrupt and the. Banks have black listed them. Plz be careful and stay away from them. Their Project in Electronic City - Prabhavathi Paramount is under construction for the last 3 years and it's not even 50% completed. Plenty of Problems in all their apartments - Landmark, Orchid 1 & 2. No lifts/Generators even after 2 years and owners are scared to move it. The quality of their construction is horrible and there have been instance that people have slipped and were hospitalized. Please think before any of you are seriously thinking about buying a flat from them.
