This is about Pavani Divine in Bangalore. Management is very unprofessional with no proper communications and sales manager gives lot of false information about delays and talks unwanted and unprofessional way.. they sold some flats to their own people and those people continue propaganda for builder in owners group and continue to give updates on behalf of builder.. project started in the year 2017 and still not completed fully..

Earlier when builder is maintaining it is not good.

As the apartment association has taken over the maintenance it is now a great place to live , very safe and nearby and peaceful for many companies nearby etc.

I bought flat with Pavani Sarovar in Banglore my family is impressed with the work they did with interior designs and flooring I visited the site during the construction also.All the staff response is good the whole appartment kept clean.thank you for the pavani group for such nice flat.

I am staying in Pavani Sarovar Whitefield for the last 4 months. The worst builder I have ever seen in my life.

CONS -

Build Quality is bad

Maintenance is pathetic

Powerbackup is a JOKE

In efficient & Poor security

This is bring to your notice that the pavani homes of bangalore builder is different that hyderabad based pavani gorup / pavani homes.

request you not to consider any reviews of bangalore builder to hyderabad as they are completely different and no connection to them.

why I m writing this is bcz prior to visiting pavani palazzo banjara hills project from pavani group hyderabad I came across these posts and later on I have been clarified that these are different builder.

This post is for your kind perusal.

I have a 2BHK flat in Pavani Sreshta of Pavani Group . The flat is'nt so big but it is open where my family lives comfortably and we are happy with the quality of our flat.

That's why I recommended my friend for the same.And now he has booked an apartment in Pavani Palazzo which is situated in Jubilee Hill Hyderabad . So if anyone is looking for a flat, they can have a look for Pavani Group at least once.

Me and my husband were searching for a home since last year in Bangalore, as we have recently shifted to Bangalore after marriage. However we couldn't search a property which complements our budget, along with satisfactory environment. Fortunately, we came to know about Pavani Sreshta by Pavani Group situated in Marathahalli, Bangalore. We have purchased a 2BHK flat

Pavani group have really buckled down in building tight security frameworks. Overhangs, living/dining, main room & other rooms have vitrified tiles while toilets & kitchen have ceramic tiles.

Shopping center, school, clinic & other general stores are not so far from my place. So it was a good decision to choose Pavani group.

I had always dreamt of a home like this. Pavani Group has made my dream come true. Recently, my family has booked a home in Pavani Fortune apartments. The rooms were quite spacious. The whole infrastructure was very nice.

There are luxurious houses available at a very reasonable price. We are waiting to shift into our new house. The locality is also very good! The staff members of Pavani Group are also very helpful and supportive.

I would suggest everybody who are in search of luxurious houses to visit here once. I wish Pavani Group all the best. You guys have created masterpieces!

Quite good experience with Pavani homes they are very helpful with good feat.  I am extremely happy with the job done by them.

It was very good experience with pavani homes sarovar. I have booked a flat in pavani sarovar recently. They said that the project is bbmp approved and that OC and CC will be provided.

I got all my documents verified and they are all proper. Till now my experience has been good and I have no issues legally also.

I booked a flat in Chennai. My friend from Bangalore has referred me to their venture and my experience has been fabulous till now.

My whole experience with Pavani Oakridge was good. I am extremely pleased with the job done by them on the construction front. Information was updated on time to time and the quality and design of construction of Pavani oakridge was excellent and flow of work was smooth and cool. Even though there was a slight delay, final output was good.

All the amenties have been given to us as promised. Few incomplete works at the time of registration were completed after few days. I have been living there for several years and I am happy with my flat.I have never thought of this that I will get such a good flat in such a less amount. The surroundings are very pleasant and there is greenery all around .

I was very good experience

I recently bought a flat in pavani palms. I think this is their second venture in Chennai and they also have ventures in Bangalore and Andhra. The price was reasonable and all the documents also seemed clear. Till now I don’t have any issues with them and I am happy with my experience

I wanted to biik a flat in Pavani Sarovar, but saw a graveyard just opposite to the property. Now I am bit reluctant to buy this property as Vastu point of view having a home near Graveyard is not good atall.

I think they should have not build a society just opposite to a graveyard. I would warn everyone to just think over it do lot of R&D and then invest of something like this.

I found it good and was satisfied in all aspects. I am done with documentation and all the papers are clear.

I have bought flat in Ground Floor in Pavani Sarovar, Construction wise very good. I got all verified documents from them. Till now my experience was good and don't have any issues with them and I am happy with my experience. This project is under A-Khata and BBMP approved.
