Permit number not shown

As per the governments rule, All permissions should be attained before a sale is to be taken and the permit number should be shown in their website and project. But this is not the case and for many of the builders out there who try to dismiss the permit number should be fined.

Today my dream of owning a luxurious home has come true just because of Parsvnath Developers Limited at Main Sector Road, Gurgaon, Parsvnath Exotica.

They delivered the project on time. The surroundings have a magnificent view of the golf course and prides itself with vicinity of premium residential projects. The team is very professional and understanding. I couldn’t have gotten this far without the cooperation from the builders at a quick pace of time.

Terrible customer service

Completely apathetic builder! We paid cash down 8 years ago with a bank loan. Terrible mistake. After 8 years they still haven't given us possession.

Don't answer calls or emails. Absolute and complete apathy towards home owners. No clarity regarding when they will hand over. Awful builder

Parsvnath Developers, a leading real estate firm has declared its fourth quarter results for the period till 31, March 2009.

During the period under review, the company has clocked a sharp dip of 89% in the net profit on consolidated basis which stood at Rs 11 crore as compared to net profit of Rs 106 crore in the March quarter of financial year 2008.

In the latest quarter, company’s revenue also witnessed a downward trend to Rs 19 crore from Rs 506 crore in the same month last fiscal.

Why waste your hard earned money with Parsvnath ?

House of HORRORS should be the slogan for Parsvnath Developers.

1. There will be delay of around 20 - 30 years easily in getting your so called dream home if you go with Parsvnath Developers

They will NEVER give you finished amenities that they show as highlights during selling

Very very poor construction quality

4. Penalty Cheque Bounce is common with them

5. Better to go with some other builder than Parsvnath Developers
