No proper use of available parking space

There have been many local zoning ordinances alongside building codes in addition to other development practices that have been in execution and has unfortunately resulted in oversupply of parking spaces and has thereby led to inefficient use of existing parking spaces.

Unlike many of the times where the houses were sold on the basis of super-built up area, and hence unlike many of the times where the home buyers were buying house on the basis of super built up area will now be paying only for the actual area of the flat.

They can go to any extent to sell the property. They have no qualms about telling lies and will deny that they said that those amenities and facilities will be available.

Trying to find properties on your own and save the brokerage. It may take a little time but it saves a hell lot of money, which you can use anywhere else, may be in your business.

Property dealers r just there to loot you and do nothing else.

And do I need to say about the building developed by themselves?

Poor construction quality and skills

Om sokhal developers Jaipur is a big name and a trusted one in Rajasthan state it has implemented and made many housing apartments in different corners of the state my brother is an employee in this company.

But he had a different opinion we bought a house of 3BHK near Sanganer Airport Jaipur which was one of the projects of Om Sokhal developers and I was really happy with the decision.

But the things told about this firm began to come true first problem which I faced was of leakage of the ceiling which was due to use of poor construction material when I told about this matter to authority they paid no attention to it so I filed a case against them believe me they offered me money to close the case and that is where I lost the faith my brother told me earlier that they are nothing but money robbers as he was an employee and he was not allowed to make these things open he was in a great dilemma. He wasn't promoted from last 3 years since he joined and finally he left them.

Om sokhal developers is a real estate company which one cannot trust because of its poor planning and poor infrastructure as its lack of vision and mission makes them very last and stands last in real estate group.

This group I personally visited and I found that the customer service is pathetic because they are just going after sales and not giving proper information related to projects. Their staff is also not professional as they are just giving least information which one cannot gives satisfaction regarding project details.
