Online bids are not supported in a proper formal way and there is no procedure in place that ensures that deadlines for the tenders are met. There is no formal compliance with the adequate laws that safeguard that all the processes are in the current proper flow. THis needs to change in accordance to the standard rules such that it is very convenient for all the buyers interested to take part in good numbers.

This place has a very bad car lift and there have been multiple instances when there have been huge nuisances because of the bad car lift.

We are not sure whether the land on which the property is to built is an agricultural land or residental land.

We have to go through basic problems like water supply and leakage problems, which are quite frustrating! So many times we have had hours wasted on this issue and yet the issue never seems to get resolved!

The land on which the project is built is slum rehabilitation land and in the coming months people from the slums will come and live in the building. This is a big thing, yet they never mentioned this before.

They are perhaps one of the worst realtors in this country, if you invest in their projects, you can say good time to your money and time.

A close friend of mine invested in a project in Kalyan in 2012 and he has been informed that possession will provided under RERA by 2023.

My friendly suggestion to you is to not buy anything from these guys, it's just your hard earned money down the drain.

Friends I m working with nirmal lifestyle city kalyan project since last one year as contractor. I have seen there project building by my eyes. Quality of work is worst. Lots of leakage probleam. No good quality of construction work. Even thye will not give u pussation on time its already delayed by one year. Be awear of them

Though the Nirmal lifestyle is very well know name in Mumbai but day by day its name is degrading. The possession date for Kalyan Lifestyle city - Project has been lapsed more than 6 years. People who are invested in 2009 saying that the possession will be given in 2012, still those people are waiting for the Possesion.

People are irritated a lot from them, whenever they set a meeting everytime they give new dates and commencements.

Never invest in Nirmal Lifestyle Project.

Nirmal life style are the builder and developers they are based in mumbai there head office is in Nirmal lifestyle mall.

They have there projects going on in Mulund , Thane , Kalyan they are coming up with a township project in kalyan the ambience created by them is gud the infrastructure they give is gud the rate wise also they are bit cheap.so when a person thinks of buying a flat in this location should one time go and visit there office and have a look to there sample flats the work done by there architecture is too good.The staff working there is also good down to earth.
