Nirala Builders, Noida Extension

Nirala Aspire Noida Extension - Very Poor Construction Quality!

I have visited the project recently and have seen the 2 and 3 BHK flat layouts.

Pros:

• 
  Open Area / Green Area is good.
  



• 
  Location is ok.
  

Cons:

• 
  The major drawback of Nirala Aspire, Noida Extension is the poor quality construction.
  



• 
  Also Major Issue of Sun Light on most of the flats/units.
  



• 
  Flats layout is not so good.
  



• 
  Cheap kind of Club House with very limited facilities.
  



• 
  Poor Maintenance of project.
  



• 
  Over Priced.
  



• 
  Conclusion: Only worth to Buy @3000/Sq. Ft. Of cost as an investment opportunity! Otherwise Avoid this project.

In next Nirala Builders have a highly quality & professional customer care services to help out every customer issue or problems. Nirala Builders understand all needs of every customers and try to fulfill the needs in a minimum time period. and if you are talking about Staff then we can also says that Nirala Builder's Staff offers better services during when they handle any customers so we never ignore that Nirala Builder's gives the good feeling and gives the comfort zone .

Overall if you analysis Nirala Builders then you found that its a very good and premiers builders in Delhi - NCR Regions. but We feel that Nirala Builders have a one negative think. its a very delay to deliver own real estate projects but if you are talking about construction and customer care services then you will found its a perfect choice .

My friend book a flat in noida extenion nirala aspire project 2 bhk size 1045 sq.ft and and they cheated me a broker name GREEN VIEW REALTTORS PRAVEEN SHARMA AND IRFAN SIDDIQUE

I book throught them they promise to give me 1 lakh rs dicount aftrr 2 month of booing bt they dobt pic my phone changed office and I compalint to nirala staff they also supported those dealers

Never book flat in this builder bigest fraud

We booked a NIRALA apartment in noida extension 2 years ago. When we booked the apartment, the work was already in progress and the approximated date of the completion of work and starting of possession was August 2016 as told by a person working there. But till date the work is in progress and is very slow.

Day by day they are revising and increasing there taxes and prices.

I was told that my entrance to my apartment block would be from the front main road, but now the real entrance of my block is from the side .

NIRALA is not a good builder.
