Natasha construction pvt. Ltd. Is the worst contactor I have ever seen. Once u give them a contact , the work will never be completed in the stipulated timeline. Their charges are also very high. The materials they used are also of a little bit sub standard. Once you give them the advance money or full pay the amoount you will be harassed. Neither they will complete the work nor they will return your money. When you will sue them the case will continue for long time. You can not do amything against them

As our society member decided to renovate our building we had given him the contract. This builder is used to be very popular. The cost of the contract was too high compared to other builders. The way he implemented the project was not good. Also after eight years the work haven't been completed. The builder don't visit the site regularly. Also the number of workers working here are very less. They don't come for work on every single holiday. We had complained this to the builder but he keeps on ignoring and later on he talked rudely and told that the money won't be refunded if the contract is cancelled. Also the residents of that society have got fed up with the work and had gone to stay on rent. I suggest not to give any contract to this builder.

Guys Natasha Developers are very decent builders in Ghatkopar east, I have booked a flat in Natasha Royale which is their ongling project in Ghatkopar east. The project is under construction and they charged me the right price, I felt happy with the pricing and did not find it overpriced like other builders in mumbai.

They have a good construction quality and the amenties are also as promised by them. They will hopefully also give pissession on time and they alsi have tie ups with all leading banks for financing.
