Rented house with many facilities

It has been 2 years since I shifted to Hyderabad for my job. I was living in a pg but then I made a decision to take a flat on rent. Just selecting a house took a lot of time and finally I decided to go for the sapphire apartments by modi builders this is not that far from my office. It is very well designed and in the perfect location as per my needs. I never thought that I’ll be able to get so many facilities even in a rented house. Above all, the rent that I pay is affordable and living here is comfortable.

I would like to start with mentioning that they really design and build homes to surpass customers’ expectations. Quality of the construction is wonderful and the entire structure is built with legal compliance and occupancy certificates.

I stay in Splendour by Modi builders and enjoy every bit living there. They made my life so easy while buying a home as I was a first-time home buyer.

Timely delivery

Modi Builders delivers on what it promises; this is not the case with other real estate developers. I had booked a 2BHK flat for my parents in Mallapur. They started crying when I handed them the keys. I was worried there would be issues with the house that my old parents wouldn’t be able to deal with. Luckily, the house is well built and there are no issues with plumbing or door hinges. If it’s Modi Builders, you should go for it.

I felt so good to live there

My sister has her home at harmony homes. I went there with my kids as she asked me from so long time to come. And its my kids summer vacation. So we planned a trip. Basically, I am from Delhi, had never come to south India before this. But this was really amazing expierence for me to come to Hyderabad. We enjoyed a lot there and live there so peacefully. I like the society, the area was so clean. I wish delhi would have same environment.

I recently bought a flat in Modi Builders' SPLENDOUR. Just wanted to appreciate the work. They are very supportive and helpful from the day one when they came to collect my documents for Loan processing till the time the flat got registered.they provides regular updates on the progress.
