I was interested in buying a villa here but dropped eventually. I observed quality issues with the construction. They are using manufactured sand heavily instead of regular river sand. I visited few completed houses. Buildings have cracks in many places. Construction quality is very poor.

I am very impressed with the Metropolis Properties because of the surroundings they used to build apartment,

design and building process. During the designing stage I had lots of planning and thoughts from Metropolis Fair Oaks team. The overall quality of the construction is admirable and we have not found any major fault. Well done and thanks for building a quality home. It has been a pleasure dealing with Metropolis Fair Oaks. All our contacts with Metropolis Fair Oaks were fantastic and they were always willing to help.

Quality is really good. Am very satisfied with the finished apartment and amenities.A friend recommended the Metropolis Properties Pvt Ltd. The following weekend I gave them a call and asked for a tour of their available Villas in Sarjapur. They were very prompt in their responses and the same day we found ourselves looking at some of the best properties we had seen during this entire search process. We loved the houses immediately and now we own a stately bungalow in the heart of North Bengaluru.

I have one flat in Metropolis Pristine in electronic city phase 1. Construction is good but not the best.Rooms are bigger.Walkway has good light and ventilation.The best thing was for any issues you can meet MD .He is guy who will understand and get things done whatever promised. They have another big project coming up in Sarjapir.I got OC and Cc as well.So, overall I would rate it good for people who want to have good home like flat with some amenities.It would have been better if work would have happened without follow-ups.
