Mayur Paradise is build in 2013 with 94 units and is just on main road connecting Sarjapura by 2 km and Dommasandra by 4km. It is just beside Sompura BMTC bus stop with only residential space near to public commute around sompura. I have been residing in Mayur paradise for more than 5 years with healthy atmosphere of good owners and residents. A perfect home place as everything is reachable. Police station, hospital, D Mart, Banks, Restaurants. What's not, everything is very reachable and can go by walk. Association is friendly and maintaining needed amenities. Kids can enjoy the playarea under the surveillance of security cameras. I am a happy owner and resident of Mayur Paradise Apartment.

My name is Bhaskar and I am one of the flat owner at Mayur Paradise Apartments at Sarjapur Road near Sompura gate in Bangalore. Within last few years have seen tremendous improvement in our area. Our apartment is situated right on the sarjapur main road at Sompura Circle with walk away distance from showrooms and supermarkets. Concrete wide roads with govn light poles ensures safety at night. Apartment is well managed by the apartment associations and is completely safe, secure with most of the amenities in place other than 24/7 water and electricity. Investing or staying here is a good decision and investment plan. Thank you.

There are three idiots called Krishna Reddy, Sahiti surendra reddy, nagaraja naidu owners of Mayur Group. These three are big frauds and lairs. Never ever buy any property from these guys, They are born on this earth to cheat the public. Just inquire what they have done in Mayur Signature - whitefield, then you will understand.  Quality of this project is pathetic, They have used all second hand equipment like bore motors, stp equipment, electric wiring is worst, doors, etc etc etc

One day or other God will punish these guys severely - stupid idiots.

I wish I had more derogatory words to attribute to them. Never ever think(not even in your dream) of doing a property deal with any of the 3 partners of Mayur Group. If you do so you would be scared of doing any future property dealing for your lifetime. Believe me, I am serious.

As words will not be enough to expose them and their bad deeds, I would suggest to talk to one of Mayur Signature residents/buyers to know how they have been suffering.

And yes, all those 5 star ratings you may notice for Mayur Group on this blog must be their  paid puppet reviewers!

Mayur group has built 2 building in Sarjapur and one in whitefield. All are in unfinished conditions and they have cheated people and stopped construction all together. Mayur group as such today does not exist. Specially avoid these 3 partners even if they have opened started new ventures to cheat people. They are sincere in anything.

Want more info write or chat with people go to Mayur signature/paradise or daffodils and talk to people. They have started new venture to cheat people be sure understand their names and previous ventures.

After viewing hoarding, I enquired about this builders. At first I thought they were not good in construction and quality delivery.

But, my assumption was completely wrong after I visited mayur brundavan site which was simply superb in elevation, construction, view of the building. I hope engineers worked hard for the design of the brundavan site and also I came to know about this builder were never compromised about the quality of the building which I have seen very rare. I heartly appreciate the builders of having such attitude.wishing you a good luck in your future.

I was looking for a flat in good location and in effective amount . Talk to many builders but according to my budget.

I don't find good option and just because I was not from bangalore, i also face documentation problem. I want a flat for my own, I relocate myself in bangalore fro job purpose. After approx 4 months after shifting in bangalore, my friend suggest me to invest in mayur group property. They ensure me to get good flat in budget, i must say they kept their words. Thanks to mayur group and all the staff members to understand my problem and help me in documentation.

Mayur paradise - sarjapur is a very good project.I had zeroed in on this project considering the feasibility of location, amentities and the rates offered. At the outlet, the staff at site was very upright and forthcoming in answering all my queries, and even helped me to choose the right apartment.As for the approvals, quality of construction and progress, I am personally pleased with it all.

A simple suggestion for all of you there looking for an apartment here, do visit the project, talk to the staff there and then take a call, rather than going by reviews here, which I am certain does not give all the facts.it is definitely a better option than going by the reviews.

The flat is well placed near the main road. We were interested in the property .we got details.They said all the builder share is sold only the owner share is pending .

When enquired abt the rates which was quite reasonable .We got document and got it verified from lawyer.he raised a point, in  owner share the MOm is having the property and Son is selling it . Is it possible to sell mom property without proper document such as gift deed, registration, GPA with sub register registration?.

I am impressed with mayur builders because of surroundings they used to build apartment, design and building process. During the designing stage I had lots of thoughts in my mind for my flat.

Immediately I was capable to alter the room in accordance with our requirements and also facilated to fit all our furniture very cheerfully.The entire team of mayur builder is very good as they all are vey cooperative and I am happy with my flat.

We bought property at Mayur Paradise  3 Bhk apartments, We found Mayur Group builders is very good in terms  of service  and quality of construction. We are very happy that we got perfect home.  And their customer support is nice. Sales tream are too good.

My elder brother referred this builder as he has brought a flat in Mayur signature is located in whitefield.

Hence, I also bought a two bed room flat at same place, two month back and has gone with nationalised bank to meet my financial needs and completed the registration about a month back and recently moved into my flat and stay with basic amenities.

All flats here in mayur group are build in good amenities with sufficient parking space and required amenities.

I have booked a flat in Mayur serenity. It's been more than 5 years now but still the flats under construction. These guys are extremely evasive builder and trying to loot our hard earned money by playing politics between partners.

Please avoid this builder. I would highly recommend not to pay any money till possession. Do not trust them. If you have doubts.

You could visit their own website Mayur-Group.in for progress photos, you would find the same photos for the past few years. They might take out the pictures from their website if someone from their group reads this review.

In most of the societies what I have seen a short cuts taking place in providing the amenities. In my current society, the promise of ample parking was made initially but has not been maintained.

So I wanted these hiccups to be completely removed while going for the investment in Mayur Orchids I came to know that there is an abundance of facilities being provided. They had made everything in a proper structured manner.

I had been staying in Bangalore for around 15 years. The growth in the professional life enabled me to give my family the luxury that was present. But now I wanted to not just up- grade, but do reliable investment. While looking at the various luxury flats always found out that some way or the other it was lacking in some facilities or the proximity to the market, hospital, school etc.

So when heard about Mayur Signature of Mayur Group, I knew that it could not have been better than this. Even the other infrastructure was also developing side by side.

Slowly & steadily I have risen in my life. But my current location, where I am staying is not what I was promised by the builder. We had paid for Ground Floor on a particular side & got it facing the main gate. Even the garden area for the elderly has also shrunk in size, with little benches.

So on hearing about Mayur Brundavana I was content with the proper description of amenities, specifications, locations etc. I even enquired about the existence of all these things. It was very satisfying and thus I was quick enough at making the purchase decision.

Have been trying to reach Mr. Krishna Reddy regarding "Mayur Pride" and had futile attempts to reach them on the address and phone numbers mentioned on their website: #87, 27th Main, 1st Sector, Opp. HSR Layout Police Station, Bangalore - 560102, +91-9900903377, +91-9900903388, +91(80) 6572 5555.

Again they have shifted their office from above address and the mentioned contact numbers are switched off and it seems reaching them is a biggest achievement at this moment.

Can anybody please help me with contact details and phone number of Mr. Krishna Reddy or how or where can I reach him.

Mayur Group are no doubt one of the best builders in Bangalore. I wanted to buy an apartment for investment purpose and so needed the best. My friend suggested me to go for Mayur Paradise which I now believe is the true value for money as the facilities as well as the amenities are worth the amount paid.

It has made my family also happy. Shall plan to invest in their other projects in the coming future. Heads up for Mayur Group

My workplace is quite far from my residence which had me face a lot of problems in commuting every day. I was on the lookout for a new residence near my work place. On knowing that Mayur Signature has been launched, I explored online the various amenities being provided by them.

I was delighted to know that all the desired facilities were provided by them. All the facilities related to indoor games and gym facilities are truly great.
