Max balaji group is one of the main builders in delhi. But its building are not good at all because the components they used in it are not upto the quality.

There are very rude people in the office who does not know how to deal with a customer.

Thier  many constructions are on the half way and in the near future there is no hope for starting them. Thier office is very bad and very mislocated. One cannot reach easily to thier office. Sometime I feel that this company is a fraud. Overall it is not the builder that you are looking for.I am giving one out of five stars to it.

I am also a victim. I also paid the money as advance 8lac for three flat in defense city 1 which totally fraud. I visited the site today but no one was there, even the office was shut.

I came back and I went to SSP office Noida and met the SSP. Informed them about the fraud company of Sunil Nagar . SSP said collect more victims and come together to my office I will take action against Sunil Nagar . So please contact me at Deepak.hangout@gmail.com.

I am a resident at Signature Tower Govindpuram. It hasn't been very long since I moved in, but I’m making the most of my stay here. I love every aspect of this society. The infrastructure to the amenities provided. I stay in a 3 BHK with my family. Our life here is pretty splendid to say the least. Weekends are booked at the pool with friends. The clubhouse is also an attraction but we haven't ventured out there yet. We see many people coming in almost once every fortnight. So hopefully we'll make new friends and make our experience here all the more lively.

Click on max balaji group  reviews and there are some negative reviews/comments to be seen. Then when I checked the date, most reviews are very old, i.e. 2010. Hence thought of penning down my experience. To be frank, I have not faced any issues which were mentioned in some other review.

Also, the management staff was very cooperative all through the process. They are very strict about financial aspects timelines for payment though. Also they are very accommodating all through the process right from booking to the registration.

I am very impressed with the vinsun blildcon pvt. ltd. because of the surroundings they used to build apartment,

design and building process of signature tower. During the designing stage I had lots of planning and thoughts from vinsun buildcon.

Immediately, I was capable to alter the rooms in accordance with our requirements and also facilitated to fit all our furniture very cheerfully. The entire person in vinsun buildcon.

The team is really high standard .I was happy with our new home.

My name is Rajesh Kumar from Indore and I invested my money in projects "defence city-3" and projects " signature tower -1, govindpuram" after invested the money in both projects, I read the review about the max balaji group on mouth shut and I felt I took a wrong decision but after that I went and inquired about the project of defence city-3 and signature tower-1 Govindpuram .

Then I felt relaxed because its a legal approved projects by Greater Noida authority . I Talk about the service and construction from the previous customer of Defence City Mr. rajesh yadav(SDM OF DADRI) and he said to me that we could not compare it with ATS but overall it’s a nice builders and doing good work for economically weaker section peoples.

I agree with the review posted by Mr. Balwinder and disagree by Mr. Rajiv, If a company do fraud with 80 peoples and do good deal with 20 peoples as one of like Mr, Rajiv that doesn't mean that company overall is good. Mr.Rajiv we think that your are from those who are safe but what about others? One of my friend has booked a plot in their Project and after he cancelled the plot but now he become a beggar in front of company from last 1yrs for his Refund of Rs.250000. Mr. Sunil Nagar (MD of Max Balaji and Vice President of Kartavaya Foundation) just know how to issue the Cheques but don't not to fund his account and Law.

My friend is continuously following up with them for last 8 months but not received his money. They even don't fear for cheque bouncing which is an offence under the act 138 which is a Crime. Lots of cases are filed against Mr. Sunil Nagar & Max Balaji even He was arrested and went to Jail also. The company Reputation is really vary Bad. But they are doing their business without any fear.

So, please don't buy/book any plot in their project like Defense Enclave/Railway Enclave/Defense City etc.etc. These peoples are vary smart before sale but vary bad after sales.

It is advisable to not booked any plot in their projects by the name Defence Enclave/Railway Enclave at lalkuan Ghaziabad, Defence City at Dadri and Jaipur and many more. These peoples are totally a land Scammer and running their corporate bushiness in Capital New Delhi's Posh are Lajpat Nagar to attract the poor peoples of Delhi/NCR. They create a vary attractive office Infrastructure to attract the people but all the employees belongs to negative areas.

At the time of booking they sweetly speak to you but if you raise any voice they start threaten you. They said that they are join hands with Kartavya Foundation a NGO which is a False. Most of the Plots in their Projects are already been allotted to many peoples means one plot allotted to many persons. Even they do not have the registry of the Land in their name. Lots of cases in court is filed against the so called MD of this company Sunil Nagar. Its a free advise to all leni hai to lo nahi to jaane do,
