Manasa Builders, Kolkata

Few months before I decided to repair our house due to some damage arose. So, I contacted to Manasha builders to repair our house. The builders took the hole contract to complete the repairing.  First two months it was perfectly ok. Then after one month crack are again started to come on to the walls. And I got a water leakage problem from the ceiling of the top floor.

So, I again contacted to the same builder to come and see the problems I am facing. But they refused me take any responsibility.

So, I like to suggest you don't go this builder.

Talks about delivering high quality and design apartments but they hardly bother to keep that promise. I have escalated to multiple people but hardly any response. Horrible customer service. I am also one of the unfortunate owners of Manass Classic apartment and I had the worst handover experience and they are absolutely unapologetic and callous in their attitude. There are multiple design flaws. I can oversee the utility area of my neighbor from my master bedroom. I cannot open the window even for a bit. The sanitary fittings are from Parryware whereas even small time builders are giving atleast satisfaction. The swimming pool is so shallow that I doubt adults can swim in it.

And the irony is that the chairman talks about manasa being a world class builder with heavy focus on customer service and architectural design etc. IT is all fluff and no reality. They will show you a fancy show apartment and absolutely hide the real design flaws. You end up paying a premium and yet start living in the property with a compromise from day one. They don’t understand that buying a crore plus property, one has lot of aspirations attached to it. They will walk all over your aspirations.

We have decided to make a project of 7 floor building. I contacted with sima comstruction . They make us too angry with their service. I also make a review of sima construction check it out.

Then I contacted with manasi builders. They make some commitment which broken your faith. They dont ever listen any consumer complaints. Their labours are irresponsible too. They all are always making business very annoying. They always make many excuses .they always making people fool.

Their documentation service is poor enough.

I m assumed their senior staff responsible to take care of my issue regarding with many types of complaints. But they only need money every time.

Then I decided to that the contract which is make in between us is now finished leave my work . I take some another step and contrac with the other company.
