Maatara Builders, Kolkata

Had possessed a condo from Maatara Developers in a Kolkata Rural range two years prior and I was not content with my buy.

This developer is known to abuse development tenets and controls and my flat was the same. They additionally have poor item execution rate and the rate of miserable clients were very high.

A few sections of the condo was unlawfully developed and should have been disassembled.

I call them and got some information about it however they began to put the fault on me and began making inquiries like how would I become more acquainted with about it, who let me know, and so on.

Their staff did not have any cordiality and the less said in regards to their client benefit the better.

The rooms were little and the measured kitchen was made of low quality material and the flush in the washroom did not work legitimately.

I had owned an apartment from Maatara Builders in a Kolkata Suburban area two years ago and I was not happy with my purchase.

This builder is known to violate construction rules and regulations and my apartment was no different. They also have poor product implementation rate and the rate of unhappy customers were quite high.

Some parts of the apartment was illegally constructed and needed to be dismantled.

I call them and asked them about it but they started to put the blame on me and started asking questions like how do I get to know about it, who told me, etc.

Their staff did not have any courtesy and the less said about their customer service the better.

The rooms were small and the modular kitchen was made of poor quality material and the flush in the bathroom did not work properly.

This work is not so simple but, intresting work and the rule regulatio of these company is very strict. or we can say that term and conditio of this company is very best but strict because on teses term and condition the company will work properly within the given time and the payment of staff is given timely according yo their term and condition.so for constrection work this company is best, and in this company the safety is a major important part of work.

If you are a home seeker who asks for atleast an average quality construction, then I would strongly suggest you not to purchase an unit in maatara Builders.

I have purchased an apartment from them and am living in the unit currently, and am thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the construction. And this feedback does not come from me alone, but from the masons, interior works people etc. in my apartment who had to deal with all sorts of construction quality irregularities and have mentioned this as well. If you can afford the same amount of money that you are dishing out for a Century apartment, I would recommend you go for a sjr, mantri, prestige, brigade, provident, concorde etc. Invest in a Century Apartment at your risk.

The bathroom tiling is a total sham. The free modular kitchen is made of the lowest quality feather board. I had to dismantle the whole free kitchen in order to install an average quality modular kitchen cabinets at my own cost. Please note, I am not even expecting high quality, but am seeking just average quality, and am disappointed to say that Century doesn’t meet the expectations. There are several other issues with this builder which are far more critical and which I am not detailing here. To all who are planning to invest in an apartment from Century, you may want to reconsider your decision. Please go and check out their existing constructions and find out for yourself and I am sure you will get the answer.
