Hi friends.Lanco hills has provided latest stop solution for luxury living and working area.i just visited their website as I had heard a good quality.i love the consturction and designs and they construct apartment in healthy environment and totally class look and luxury look of the apartment.All the towers are expertlu finished on the exterior and bear a designers touch in the interior also very modern look they maintain good quality and especially doors are very with good quality wood.

kitchen materials are very modern and quality materials and the walls also they maintain with good quality cement they provided parks and children playing place .swiming pools and gym facility.

The customer care and staff was really helpful and supportive.they have designed latest and comfortable area homes in the way you desire to have.customer service also very good.Lots of hopes from lacno hills.Do visit the site once if you are planing to go for luxury life.

Hi iam mohd sajjad and I am sharing my experiance with lanco hills hyderabad its located to gachibowli manikonda.but its very costly flat which is not fair with public but its very very pricely with comparing other building you can buy your own duplex home and indepandenthouse so I want to say you if you thinking to buy flat in lanco hills so dont buy

We have paid for a 3 bhk in lanco domina and never has buying a flat been filled with so much of mental anguish.:)

They were to complete registration last august, i.e in 2016 and still in dec 2017, no action taken. we are paying high interest for our home loan and still the flat is nt in our name. umpteen mails/calls havent helped. they have their own employees giving good reviews in google reviews, which is really a shame. will be happy if somebody read this and helps us in possession. we just want to get it over with.:(

Hellow friends today I strongly refer to against to buy a flat in lanco hills. because there will not give the maintance and facility in the apartments. I am trying to get the internet connection for the past 2 months but I was fail to connect the internet. there are glass panels are attach in the window how we can safe from the earthquth and other natural disaster

and there is not fundamental ferzility.

I hardly recommended against buying and rating up flat in Lanco Hills Apartment the standard of maintenance and facility management is very bad here I have been trying to get an Internet connection for the last 1.5 month but in wine the Builder false all Internet providers to come by a company called Jiya and Jiya and does not have Inventory of routers for the at least 1.5 month the facility management team does not allow them to provide this service at Lanco anymore properly because Lanco has come TY up in CRM almost all the windows inside flat are not closing opening properly whenever there is heavy wind many windows fall of just see the attached photographs which so how many windows glass panels fell off recently strong winds god knows what will happen in an earthquake where to strike and sorry for Lanco fails I just lose my photograph I clicked from flat apartment

Lanco Hills has provided latest stop solution for luxury living and working area . I just visited their website as I had heard a good ability and machurity work lot about Lanco Hills, and was totally fascinated.It showed a good development equal ofworld full of comfort as if you are living your dreams and enjoy your long life with your dream home . This compelled me to convince my mom dad and visit their site.and told me again and again.

The customer care and staff was really helpful and supportive for all type client and managing staff is good behavior off all client. They provided us nice hospitality and service . Don't go by price. It's way higher as compared to other leading builders in the city not for city all of world and the good of parity in building field.

But, the class of construction and planning will take you to the world of full fill your dreams. They have designed latest and comfortable area homes in the way you desire to have. A living space full of luxury with the facility you are looking for the new eyes and dreams. You name the facility and it's there. I told any person for related of lanco hills.

Lots of hopes from Lanco Hills. Do visit the site once if you are planning to go for luxury living.

I love this constructions and designs and they construct apartments in healthy environment and totally class look and luxury look of the apartments and interior also very modern look they maintain good quality and especially doors are very quality and good quality wood like teak and kitchen materials are very modern and quality materials and the walls also they maintain good quality cement they provide parks and children playing place and swimming pools and gym facilities they take care customers facilities and they respond very good manner

Their construction are also not good and they charge too much for a single flat. That is like fooling people. And they are not even ready to negotiate even a little bit. Very negative attitude towards their customers and very bad customer services.

Staff working here are the worst people and think that they are the owner of the company. I have seen a lot of negative response of people towards them. For me this is below average construction company.

I strongly recommend against buying/renting a flat at Lanco Hills Apartments. The standards of maintenance/facilities management are horrendous here.

  I have been trying to get an internet connection for the last 1.5 months but in vain. The builder forces all internet providers to come via a company called GRN. GRN does not have  inventory of routers for the last 1.5 months. ACT/BEAM can provide internet connection in a matter of days but the facilities management team does not allow them to provide these services at Lanco anymore, probably because Lanco has some tie up with GRN.

  Almost all the windows inside the flat are not closing/opening properly. Whenever there is heavy wind, many windows fall off! Just see the attached photograph, which shows how many windows/glass panes fell off in recent strong winds! God knows what will happen if an earthquake were to strike.

I have recently moved into one of the new apartments lanco hills. its in LH6 . since last 2 months I have been facing multiple problems in the apartment . there is power problem in 2 of my rooms which till date their so called' skilled electricians' are not able to solve . most of the toilet flush has some problem some of which has been fixed and some are still continuing .

I am fed up of complaining to the helpdesk regarding my problems . they tell me to inform some MR SRINIVAS in marketing division and MR SRIKANTH to fix it . But those 2 are  disastrous . instead of fixing my problem they are completely indifferent to it. I want to specially mention MR SRINIVAS who is the worst of the lot. I will suggest anyone who is reading this not to fall for the marketing gimmicks of lanco group, specially the newer apartments.
