We have seen the layout of Shantiniketan and we love the fact that a lot of eco-friendly options have been added to the project. I think Kumar Builders have done a superb job on this project and are looking forward to a happy life there! Kumar Builders is undergoing a remarkable revival at the moment after some negativity over one of their projects, KUL Ecoloch. Their latest projects like Shantiniketan, KUL Utsav and 45 Nirvana Hills reflect this because they have committed to completely erase the negativity and climb to the top once again! I found quite interesting commercial and residential project at kumar builders.There commercial projects are captivate and spacios . The material they have used in there project is of high-quality . I have purchased two offices space from them in the year of 2014 and iam quite satisfied. The cabins of my office are spacious and the material solids. Aside from this , the team of Kumar builders is very helpful and responsive.

Kumar builders bangalore is good and helpul company but some times it may be wrong, but this is common in naway days.i think this is better amomg the builders in bangalore.

Team of Kumar builders is quite attentive and heedful. Dealing with them was hassle-free journey. I never found any single obstacle in the whole quest. I read a lot of bad reviews on internet that were against them. But when I meet their team in person, the experience was quite awesome. Reading reviews about the companies in not enough to know about the team, go in depth and you will find lots of new and interesting things.

Kumar builders always steps into the problems of people in order to solve them. Some competitors write bad reviews against them to topple their reputation in the market. I tell people don't trust on reviews only go and visit Kumar builders office and meet them in person. I was also doing mistake of reading the reviews and deciding that Kumar builders is not a good builder. But after visiting their office in Bangalore, I was proved wrong. I purchased a flat in Bangalore from other builder he is still not giving me possession, but one of my relatives had purchased a luxurious apartment from Kumar builders and they get possession on time. It is better to visit builders office in person without relying on reviews only.

I found Kumar builders in Pune a reliable real estate builder. I was quite impressed with the knowledge and gesture of the kumar builder's marketing team. I visited to Kumar Builder’s corporate office, which is located at Bund garden road, opp. Shangrila garden. I had a 2 hour discussion with them about their completed, ongoing, upcoming projects. Then I brought KUL ECOLOCH project on the table. I asked them why the negativity of this project spread like a wild fire in Pune. No one wants to trust you.

Then how I decide to buy a flat from you after watching so many negative reviews. They said only one thing – Commitment. We don’t make fake promises. We deliver what people are looking for. We strive our best to give dream home to the people. Same in Kul Ecoloch project, we did our best. No one saw our hard work that was put on this project. Our competitors tried to topple us. But we have had faith in our work, so one can make us fall down.

After listening everything, I ordered them to show me all the papers, including legal documents, their financial documents, their investors, and more. They presented all these things in front of me. Everything was like a transparent glass – You can clearly see what is going inside. I told them, I will not pay any hidden charges, I need correct documents, and I need the possession of my flat on time. So, I booked my flat in Kumar Sansar in Kondhwa and got the possession of my flat on time. The quality of the material they are using in their construction is above the standards. I am provided with great amenities. So, I have to say only one thing, my experience with them is good. And I suggest them to the other people too.

Don't be foolish by believing their words. They will give all promises by words before buy. If you buy there, then they will show their original attitude towards customer.

They won't answer your calls and never give proper response to you. The documents also illegal, they are running their business with illegal documents only. I am struggling problems here from the last one year. So guys please aware of this cheater and maintain distance from Kumar Builders. Share all these details to your near and dear.

Kumar builders are collecting lakhs of money but they are not concentrating on the quality of project. Even the amenities provided by the are very cheap.

Before construction they are irritating customers with their words. They are not ready to answer properly. Both the management and employees here are money minded. They need only money. They wont provide proper service. This is the worst service I received in my life. So maintain distance from Kumar Builders.

The impression I had of Kumar Builders 3 years ago has taken a complete U-turn. I was also one of those who were looking down upon Kumar Builders due to some issues regarding KUL Nation(and KUL Ecoloch also, if i’m not wrong).However, seeing their upcoming project 45 Nirvana Hills near my society, I was curious to know how the progress is. Surprisingly, people had a very positive review about the whole procedure and were actually really happy with the work. Have to give credits to Lalit Kumar Jain Sir, for successfully bringing back the revered Kumar Builders people of Pune know about.

I bought a flat at Kumar Sophronia and was impressed at the quality of the architecture. Kumar Builders successfully blended contemporary lifestyle with the more laid back activities. You can see that they have included features like hanging gardens. koi pond, infinity edge, etc to cater to the lavish lifestyle that every resident hopes to have. Really happy with my purchase!
