Can any body help to take action against them?

We are staying abroad we have taken flat in Kristal Onyx B, Trivendram project in feb 2012 & we after so many followups and misleading commitments from the builder we forced to cancelled the booking on July 2014

Now we have suffered badly for repayment from these builder, So far we have not received single rupees from them, They are not responding for any email, massages or any call. They are giving the reason after reasons and false commitments

Don't know what to do with this cheaters

Please help some one to come out from this situation. And please don't invest your single money in their projects.

I had invested in a villa in the year 2014 with Kristal Chrysolite.I have been getting ambiguous response from the builders as to when my villa will be ready.

If there are many more unlucky investors like me, let us all unite to get our money back from them or our villa.

I have been paying my loans every month for many years now. Will Kristal give me that?

I have read several issues in newspapers regarding  court cases and legal issues that Kristal is facing.

Where are the Namboodhirees and the so called directors, managers of Kristal.

We will not spare a single person in the company.

I bought Kristal Cyrysolate villa almost 3 years back. The moment I bought the villa, I start feeling them very professional, right from coordinating with bankers to get attractive loan, starting with Bhumi pooja and pace of construction work. Wow, so far so good . My excitement got ended at the end of 1st year. In last 2 year absolutely nothing has moved, not even a brick. Kristal says they are bankrupt, labor force vacated the site, not even security guard staying there. My villa finished the molding and ready for plastering is standing high and dry since then.

Now even Krital Bangalore office closed at Bellanduru and they just left with BTM layout office. Kristal MD, Latha Numbudhari is specially made master piece good in cheating, bluffing and I say robbing the customer money. She is more busy now a days on public events as chief guest and very soon she flew away from India(she already planned, if people below dont know). I am filing a criminal complaint at Sarjapura police station or BTM police station. I gonna bring her down and will give her a glimpse of conviction and further consequences.

ITS NOT CAUTION BUT WARNING THAT NEED TO BE TOLD TO PUBLIC that NOT TO INVEST WITH KRISTAL.Project in Trivandrum is the example. They use money of investors for personal gains and absolutely no intention to complete the project.

They have to be sued for cheating customers.already people invested with Kristal Trivandrum has given written petition and complaint to Police and requested Hon Chief Minister of Kerala for intervention.including action for freezing of assets of Kristal Management who are hiding in Bangalore.Sincere appeal to public to beware of these guys.who are both fraud and good for nothing.

Project in Trivandrum started way back in 2007 and after 8 years it is still in floating state of completion with absolutely no progress in last 5 years. Now, these people are absconding with investors hard earned money in their pockets. They continue not to respond to customers calls, letters, legal notices and so on.

I appeal to the readers of this review to give maximum publicity to the same so that these people don't further fall preys in their net.

Please be cautious while dealing with these guys. No value for words and they are not bothered even if the cheques are bounced multiple times. I have going through about 6 months long ordeal to get back my money paid for a bogus project they have offered in Malur.

The cheques are bounced two times and I am now proceeding with the legal action against all involved including the CEO  and Chairman. I have been blocked for last 2 years with these guys to get back my money. I have asked for refund in March'14  and still going thorugh the stress and pain of the bounced cheques.

I had the opportunity to see the projects of Kristal Group recently and when you compare the cost and the amenities they give, it is most appropriate to invest with Kristal. They are trustworthy and overcome the problems faced during recession. Most of their projects are on time or before time.

One thing for sure, the clients get the best treatment from the staff and we have the access to the top most management staff at any point of time.

I have couple of friends who have invested in Kristal. I also booked a flat in Kristal Group but I am not at all satisfied their quality of construction.

Most of their project under loop with huge delay in construction. Even couple of my friends cancelled their bookings.

I strongly suggests not to buy property from this builder!

I wanted to share my experience after visiting a friend who owns a house at Kristal project. At the first glance I was very impressed by seeing the building design and I am sure the construction group is very professionals at its work.

After my entry inside the building, the interiors work made me think of its price, obviously it would be costly.

And when I asked my friend regarding the price of the building (to calm my curiosity), I really could not believe when he said that he paid a very reasonable price, because he got much more than what he had paid.

And now I am willing to buy a house in this builder’s project for my brother who is about to settle in Bangalore.

My brother and I bought a home in the project of Kristal group, at a very reasonable cost, and we are very happy with are decision.

We got world class amenities and got a fantastic quality of work as well as design of the building is really very good.

They have given us so many amenities in the building like good parking space, kids play area.

All the products used on building are of branded quality. I got all the documents of the flat at the time of getting the possession.

Thanks a lot Kristal group making our living so elite.

When we decided to buy a house in Bangalore we were confused as there are so many builders out there in the city and then one of my friend who owns a flat in Kristal Property introduced me this building company.

And after purchase, I find my decision to be the wisest one and thank my friend for that. I have seen lots of project of different builders but nobody can beat the Kristal quality.

Best property at a very affordable price with world class amenities. Where will one get such a stuff?

I had got word class amenity in bottom line cost price on 2BHK flat in Sharjapur Bangalore. This is Harish Nagosh, I am basically from Tamil Nadu now I have shifted to Bangalore before few year back. In year of 2010 I thought to buy a home in Bangalore, before that I was in a rent apartment with our family in E-city Bangalore. I am a software engineer and working as system add in HCL Tech. Dear I have bought a flat in the project of Kristal group builder in 2010 by giving the 27 lacks. Really this is one of the honest builders Kristal group in Bangalore who is giving so many things in that much price like.

Quality of construction: Not I, everybody after seen the quality of construction, they believe on their works. Quality and design is one of the key factors in their building. Each and every flat in their project have constructed by giving the time and money.

Amenities: I have got most of the word class amenity in that much price in the flat of this builder. In flat there are large window for natural air/light.

Parking space: This is one of the good thing in the building there is big space in front of building and in the ground floor. They have also given the garden around the whole building.

The completion of the Kristal techpark view project is delayed by 5 years now. I have invested heavily on that project and is really worried about that now. Have anyone of you did the same mistake.

I visited the place recently to review the progress. The condition of the Onyx-C building is pathetic.



  • The entire site is run on generators now(that means, still No Electricity).



  • Water is being pumped from outside in tankers(that means, No Water Source).



  • Sewage is either pumped to other building(Onyx-D septic tank) or is set to fire near Onyx-A site(that means, No proper sewage disposal system).



  • Security of the building is for name sake(it is G4S Security system in place), but I went inside the site, visited different buidlings under construction, get into the Onyx-C building, nobody stopped me from entering anywhere.



  • Seems like there is no space for car parking. I can see a lot of newly made un-authorised car parking options provided outside the building. I am shocked to see the people who have purchased the flat have accepted those parking areas.



  • The roads are pathetic. Only one vehicle can pass through the road at a time. My car got stuck as the water tanker was blocking the road towards the down end of the road. They say more than 700 families are going to stay here. Just imagine how congested it will be once the entire people come and stay(may be after 10-15 years)



  • There were 5-6 lifts in the Onyx-C building when I went. But only two were functional. I was told that due to some generator issues only two are working. I got into one lift and was suffocating. it happened to be the lift used by workers for transferring waste from flats. And ironically, that was one of the two working lifts.





Let me stop here and think!

Have I paid lakhs of money to get the above services? Am I being cheated? What should I do?

A builder needs to complete their project in order to be known as one. Extremely shoddy work done by the builder at the Dolomite site. We have moved into our flat just 2 months back and already the paint is peeling off all the walls, doors are either jammed so tight that you cant close them or they have enough gap between the door and frame that your finger will fit in it, door handles coming off, bathrooms leaking and foul stench coming out of the outlet pipes. It is a living hell in the apartment.

Very poor customer service, only follow up for getting money from us on time!!!

I have purchased Kristal Dolomite Flat in Kanapura Road Bangalore in 2010, and we few occupants moved into the apartment with no ameniites completed state. We were given Water supply and Power supply by builder. Its now more than 2years then Builder never bothered to complete the basic amenities!!

Bore wells are dried up, water is being purchased in Tankers. STP is not yet ready. Never ever buy any project done by Kristal Builders.

For the past 4 years you have been lying to me about the completion of my apartment in Kristal Dolomite. 4 years back Kristal requested me to pay upfront 88% and promised my apartment would be completed much ahead of other apartments and given to me in a living condition. This was expected to be somewhere in 6 months from then.

Forget 6 months, it is 4 years and you still have not completed my apartment. Kristal Management, you or your Customer Relation Manager never responded properly and always said either slowdown or other reasons for delay and the apartment will be ready in next 3 months.

For the past six months when I asked Kristal to register my apartment(part of legal clause) Kristal management says unless I pay 90% and the Registration amount, Kristal would not register my apartment . Hats off to your ethics - you say this to a customer from whom you took upfront money for an undelivered promise.

Since it is difficult to fight with big builders with a legal department and we somehow want the apartment to live, I pay for registration. With the registration amount paid, I have now paid Rs 1lakh 35 thousand in excess of 90%. And as per promise then, I should have had the apartment ready by now.

Two weeks back, you Mrs Latha Namboodiri( Kristal MD) promised me you would return the amount in two days and now it is one and half week I have been reaching your cell or mailing you and the CRM. Neither you nor your CRM reply to the completion date or about the return of my money.

I am posting it here since I all my effort to reach you had failed.

Please let me know when you will complete my apartment and return my excess money.

Don't know where to begin. Numerous complaints that I have as a kristal apartment owner in Bangalore

I will start with simple one

1- they collect 2000 rs to provide electricity for woodwork

2- they promise battery backup. They just provide UPS and ask you to shell 5-10K for your batteries. They don't provide batteries

3- they promise borewells. All get dried by the time construction gets over. They use poor quality motor pumps to fetch water from borewell

4- they collect 50K to 1L for clubhouse. Some rooms in clubhouse are sold to their advertisers. Carrom board worth Rs. 50 is provided, chess board worth Rs 25 is provided. Gym equipments would die after first use.

5- they collect 70k+ for BWSSB and kauvery water in Bangalore. Still they ask 1K to transfer electricity bill to your name. Also, they do not pay to authorities the kauvery water deposit collected from customers.

6- beware, they can build service apartment or men' hostel in your project and you can not do anything about it

7- they don't provide khata and their employees take the job privately by asking customer to shed Rs. 10K for khata

8- kristal owns the common areas like clubhouse , swimming pool, children play area. It does not belong to association or apartment owners. But as they do not have funds, they ask association people to pay for maintenance of clubhouse, pay the electricity bill. Best thing is they own the clubhouse and still ask the association to pay "property tax" to BBMP for the clubhouse.

I booked a Villa of KRISTAL at Kochi in December 2007, for a total price of Rs. 59 Lakhs. As per the contract signed, the villa was supposed to be completed and delivered in 10 months time. I made all the payments as per the schedule dictated by them. Though I paid Rs.33.1 lakhs and waited for almost 2 years, the work was not completed.

Left with no other option, I submitted cancellation request in August 2009 (their contract allows cancellation by the customer, for any reason at any time, for a full refund within 6 weeks). Though they accepted my cancellation, they played many games to avoid issuing the refund. Finally, after a lot of pressurizing, shouting over the phone, and writing extremely negative (but honest) reviews in this forum, I managed to get my money back after 3 months.



What did I loose?    2 years worth of interest for my hard earned money.

Who will compensate for my loss?  Nonone.



A close relative of mine had booked their villa along with me because of my recommendation. Frustrated with the poor progress in work, he also had submitted cancellation request along with me. He is still waiting (5 months) to get the refund. I curse myself for recommending Kristal to him.



I will never forget the pain I went through in dealing with Kristal.

I tied up with Kristal for a project 3 years ago, since they agreed to the fact that they will deliver a villa in a year. But at the time of writing the agreement they manipulated the docs to show around 5 years as the completion time some where. So beware.

They have not yet completed the project and it is still under way. I gave cancellation notice and still they have not responded or given the money back. If you have a five year plan to build a house go with Kristal, otherwise do not go near to them.Struggling to get the money back.
