The most wanted jaishree developers .

My name is sanjay and we live our rent house so oure family take disizent to buy a flat so we are arranged money to build a flat .

But after we paid advance money to this jaishree developers we start the facing problem.

First to all this companey said we need atleast one year to make a buliding then we think wait but after 3 month they say paid your full money otherwise you lose your flat so we needs that flats so we paid all amount that flat but still now they are not build my flat only said we need time .

Hello friend's I am writing my personal and genuine review regarding jai shree developers, few year my brother in-law was purchasing a flat from this builder in suitable price, location of the flat was nice as well it's internal design, they will help us for getting loan to purchase a flat amount regarding loan, builder behavior was good they will give us all legal documents of property. But any way I want to say again to you please verify all the important documents of properties with the help of your personal legal advisor before purchasing any types of properties from jai shree builders. Janis here developers have evolved in a very amusing way.many relatives of mine have already buyer flats from this builder.All are satisfied with the performance of it.The services that they provide are simply good and beautiful.Many relatives of mine are already curious to experience it .I request all my friends to visit it.and experience it. My grievance is against a local private building construction company, Jaishree Developers(India) Pvt. Ltd., Nala Road, Kadamkuan, Patna-800003, Bihar. In March 1995 I booked a Flat no.3A1, in the name of my wife Mrs.Meena Jha, in Gulab Vatika Apartments at Ambedkar Path, Bailey Road, Patna. In March 1995 I paid the registration amount for the flat and in February 1996 I paid its another instalment. In total I paid an amount of Rs.51000 against the purchase of the flat. When I visited the construction site in May & December 1996 I was highly disappointed at the slow pace of work. Even after two years they hadn’t completed the ground floor of the apartment. The construction work stopped completely for some time also. Then in January 1997 I finally cancelled the booking of the flat. Then started my another tale of woes and worries.

Ideally Jaishree Developers should have refunded back my Rs.51000 paid for the flat. But they refused to refund my money. Despite my regular visits to their office, writing several reminders to them and also complaining to them over telephone, they have not refunded even a single rupee to me. And till to this date they have not paid back my money.

I have been cheated and I want my money back peacefully. I want Jaishree Developers to refund the full amount of Rs.51000 to me alongwith 20% per annum interest for holding back my money for all these 20 years for no reason and adequate compensation for my monetary loss. I request you to intervene in this matter and raise my grievance in front of the concerned authorities for immediate redressal. I hope your intervention will settle this long-pending matter amicably & quickly. For this I will be grateful to forever.
