Jain Promoters and Builders, Hyderabad

I purchased a flat in a recent project by Jain Promoters and Builders. I am regretting on the decision day and night. I won't recommend investing in Project of this builder.

I had a look at couple of reviews of Projects and also went through one link https://consumercomplaints.in/jain-promoters-and-builders-praveen-jain-cheated-flat-owners-of-clear-title-c1056567 . However I thought someone might have posted who is not happy with builder and went ahead with the purchase. I did not take those signals seriously and now regretting big time.

Construction quality not upto the mark, once money is paid you will have to run to get the promised amenities. Title not 100% clear and you will start realizing it over the period of time. Builder won't provide much support at later stages. He won't say No but won't do anything to help too which I feel worse than saying No.

With my personal experience I am not going to recommend this builder and giving him one star.

I am writing this review after 5 months of moving in to Jain Sadguru Heights.

The pros seems to be negligible now compared to the cons.

Only good thing is, the looks from far is good but it stops there.

Builder has completed the project in a hurry for some unknown reason and now only water seepage, you can literally see cracks all over the place.

Consider amenities:

with an amount of 6 lakhs, what would you expect?(fyi: Aparna charges 4.5lakhs and PBEL charges 5lakhs)

Here, he has purchased very cheap gym equipments and overall the amenities what he has provided is not at all worth 6 lakhs.

when we asked for solar fencing, he said NO, when we asked to cover the play area, he said NO, for proper water drainage when asked for a solution, he said NO.

No proper planning for security gate or how the vehicles should move when all flats are occupied.

Now the builder is building a new project, named, Jain Srikar Auroville, I suggest you verify the construction carefully before planning to buy.

Overall, very very disappointing experience.

The experience of housing by Jain promoters and builders is debatable. Builder proclaims himself of delivering  quality, in time buildings. He gives Intime deliveries but have big questions mark around his quality part. You should pay a close watch on quality of construction like Cracks, sloping, parking, inclusion of parking space in deal etc.

He has ongoing projects of

I would suggest before investing your hard earned money in any flat please do take the feedback of some of the residents of Jain Sadguru heights which was recently build by Jain promoters and builders. Do not get just impressed with outside structure.

Many residents have complaints about:

  Big cracks(does not looks to be normal) in almost all the flats.
  



• 
  Manjeera water yet not delivered(Till March mid).
  



• 
  Parking space scarcity
  



• 
  No Guest parking
  



• 
  Land owner flat maintenance issues.
  

The builder(Praveen Jain) is clear in communication and deals however looks like his engineers do not do quality work in hurry of completion. People who buy flats in such building gets frustrated about about these issues later.

My Personal opinion will be that before investing your hard earned money, do a proper investigation of my words by talking to any of the residents of Jain Promoters existing apartments and check its construction with an open eyes. I am sure you will be able to make better decision.

A non satisfied resident of recently constructed building who gets daily irritated by bad construction quality.
