Jain Group, Kolkata

I have booked flat in Dream World Joka project in 2018. Since 2021, Post Sales staff communication is very unprofessional. For small request, I had to followup multiple times over phone/mail. Responses do not come on time. They do not pick up calls neither they call back. I'm very much frustrated with this kind of attitude. Not sure if other owners are facing the same problem but my experience with this Post Sales team at Kolkata is not at all appreciated.

I request Dream World Project management to look into my request and get my problems resolved.

The Service is very good and the interior is well designed. The rooms are big and floor are well furnished.

Jain Group does not return the Corpus maintenance fund and excess maintenance charges collected during the period they provide maintenance service to the flat owners association.

Construction quality is poor. Cracks, damp, plaster comes out etc.

They don't provide proper audited maintenance account though flat owners pay

It's really in a perfect location and views from top floor was really fantastic as well when i visited this project then overall experience was good i finally I'm going to buy a flat in 8th floor.

I am customer of Jain Dream one and I want to warn everyone not to put their hard earned money in this project. They are extremely unprofessional developer. I put my money into this project in 2015 by paying 50% down payments in the hope that I will be getting my apartment in 2019. They clearly mention that the project will be delivered in 2019 in the contract. Now, the construction is not even close to half. We realized that everything was intensional in order to block my money. I am even paying my installments on time. They are fraud and liars. When we mailed them why this is happening and what kind of compensation we will be getting, there is no response.

I am extremely disappointed and don’t want to bear losses anymore. If anyone is in the same page, please let me know. That way we can fight together for our right .

This group hasn't refunded our advance money despite us notifying them within the stipulated period of withdrawal. It's been several months and when we posted our experience online, they blackmailed us to remove our experience in order to receive the money. So the comments claiming the negative reviews are fake, it's actually the other way around.

Dream One is at a stone throwaway distance from EcoPark. All flats are well equipped with modern technology i.e. Smart homes. Moreover, Jain Group is also offering flats with 100 % cashback which is just like a 100% return on investment along with being life long owner of the flat.

Great use of space in kitchen, huge parking area, nice southern exposure, mesmerizing ambience.The interior is very good, locality is also very. As this place is lil away from the main city, it have a very calm environment.

I am a resident of their project Dream Exotica. It is one of the best project in that area I have ever seen. The construction work was superb. They are also building Smart Homes in New Town opposite Eco Park. In south Kolkata they have projects near Joka Metro. I strongly suggest Jain Group if some body planning to buy new Homes, in respect of construction quality on time delivery.

Dream One is a very pausch project along with the location.The family culture prevails which is apt for families like us. The Eco park is just a walking miles away from the project.Planning to book a flat there and thus awaiting a timely completion of the project.
