Innovative Aqua Front Review

I was searching for a review regarding Innovative Aqua Front project in Doddanakundi and could not find any. So thought of putting some points about it that I am aware of. The advantage about this project is the location, pricing and the amenities. There is plenty if free space and is pretty beautifully built. The project is just aroind 1.5 km from soulspace arena mall.

Now coming to the concerns. This project is just 30 metres away from the Nakkund lake. Where as the new rule says it should be 100 metres and even the old rule says it should be 35 metres. OC is not provided yet and they are not giving commitment on the same but says there is no deviation. When I spoke to the association members many have compromised on this considering the pricing and reachability.

No much idea on the construction quality.

Good locality

Innovative Petal is situated in a very good locality.

Walkable distance from the outer ring road, as it is not on the outer ring road. There is no noise or dust pollution.

Innovative petal has one of the highest open areas in all apartment complexes in the locality.

The association maintains the flat really well.
