This project is not as effective as others it may take more time than they are saying because there is no improvement in the construction works there.

Bought a flat in edapally, construction standards are average, staffs working there are non friendly, delays in handling over of projects

I have heard of real estate builders being crooks but these guys are of the highest order.

It's been two years post delivery date but doesn't look like they can complete within 1 more year.

They are least bothered about customers and have hired people who are trained to get away with answers like we will get back to you etc.

Their projects at other places are delayed by 2+ years and Nestor was a disaster, they had to fight to resolve al the issues.

I wonder how the quality of the new project under Constructionguru30 is going to be. They are smart not to share contact details of other members.

All internet forums are wiped clean by the founders( spouse is head of IT) and hence only this mouth shut gives proper views.

My Father-in-law bought an apartment in Kakannad, Kochi for the Project Hoysala Nestor which was completed on time. Therefore my husband decided to buy from the same builder a 1255 sq. ft(2.5 BHK) flat in Hoysala EVM in Kakkanad, Kochi(1 to 2 km from Hoysala Nestor). The Project began is mid-2013 and the completion time was specified as Dec, 2015. This was dragged to Dec, 2016 then to March, 2017. Now they say that it will only be completed by Dec, 2017. Only 3 stages of work schedule after plastering are remaining that include tiling, painting, finishing, wood work, etc. Yet they are delaying the project.

The previous staff was cordial but the present staff handling Hoysala EVM hardly replies to our questions. May be due to delay in the project. The reasons that they give are like contractor problems, which they might have shifted to some other project.

From the time of Hoysala Nestor to Hoysala EVM, their marketing quality has improved though.

In my father-in-law's Nestor flat, leakage and cracks are recently observed from the walls. Similar complaints have been received from other flats owners in Nestor.
