Hi,

I booked 2BHK flat in paradise city-palghar sec 2 in Dec 2010. I paid almost 80% amount. Now HDIL went into bankruptcy and both director are arrested. It seems they intentionally misuse use our money and PMC bank loan money. I don't know whether we will get our money back or flat. Is there any whatsup group so that we all people get connected and to get update what is going on.

I had purchased a flat in Paradise CIty, HDIL Palghar in Dec 2010. The flat was supposed to be ready for possession by Dec'2013 as per agreement. However there is practically no progress even after 8 years. There is no response from the builder on various email communication. I had visited the site last year and they cited various problems earlier resulting in delays. They said the problems are sorted out and it will not be built on full swing. However there is no further communication even after that. It seems they are suggest buing the time and have no intention to deliver the project, else how can it be not ready even after 8 years which was supposed to be delivered in 3 years. What recourse I have now?

Hai friends

I would like to write a review about this builders. I had been staying in this apartment for few months.

For me I am not satified with this apartment. They are not good in maitaining the rooms and surroundings.

If we call the staffs for any help or services, they wont come in correct time and should be solve the solution after few weeks only.

The customer services are also the same thing. For contacting them there is one phone number . But if we are calling they wont attend the call or give response.

conparatively here the product implementation rate is very higher. so for the common people it is not affordable .

That is what I am not satified with this Builders.

It is a good company to belive and invest our hard earning money. My experience is about hdil kurla project. I dont remember correctly but may be there name is premier appartment.In 2009 I went hdil office with my uncle to know about its project because they want to buy a flat in its kurla project.The officer sit there make very sweet chat with us and said all sweety talk to catch us in their hand.HE said that possession will give in 2011 or 2012 definately.HE show us the pictures album of there other project and show all the good thing and pictures about its kurla project to show how much this project is beautiful and near the complete. my uncle feel that this is a good choice to invest and decide to see its project first.When we go there site we see that work is in progress.

I have booked a flat in Kurla in 2015 and they had told to give the possession in 2018. they have still not started the construction yet and building pressure on us to pay the whole amount. Due to marriage arrangements when we required money and we had applied for refund they started telling to come after one month, or they are in meeting or they will return our money in installments in 10 days. but it has been 1 year and they have not refunded our money yet. Because of the shortage of money my marriage got broken. One day in bandra office when me and my mother went and told them that we will not go home without any confirmation or money. Rahul who is the senior in HDIL, he behave so rudely and told to do whatever you want or go in court but he will not going to return our money.

My mother is still in depression because of them as she has put her all investment for that home and now they are responding like this. She tried to suicide also.

I had booked a house with HDIL Majestic Towers, Nahur in the year 2011 as till date we have not got the possession of our homes, and as per the agreement possession date was committed as December 2013 by HDIL, but there is not transparency shown by the builder towards the buyers people have invested there hard earned money. We also went to HDIL site and found there is no progress in the work as work is totally stopped. We met the Manager and asked her about the progress of work, she replied there is no work started as on today. Most probably they will start the work by end of this month. Of course there is nothing new in this reply as this is their standard answer. I had requested our core committee to take some action against the builder, as they don't have any intention of starting the work in near future.

HDIL has started its project which named Paradise City at Palghar; before 3 yrs I booked a new flat over their and he had promised for possession end of 2014. Till now he had not completed and their teams unable to answering any query.

Actually I'm getting frustated and I requested to all those suffering people from these scenario please raise your hand against those cheater builders. ??

HDIL is not Giving Conveyance & not registering us as a members of society after collecting share capital etc. He is also not developing the 'Recreation Garden' for commercial use.HDIL appears to have doubtful antecedents and also his conduct is questionable. We purchased the flat in Dheeraj Valley from the builder, then HDIL was known as Satyam Realtors, in 2002 and were surprised when the society was formed we were not made members. Though we paid the entire share capital, entrance fee, even the society formation, registration and development charges amounting to Rs. 36, 260/-.

In fact, the society is registered & formed with the amount contributed by us. However, our names seemed to be erased by whitener on Statement'V', Annexure'A' & the society managing committee states that the builder has erased it.

One thing in all this is clear, that it was the duty of the builder to enter our names as members when registering the society especially when he had collected share capital, entrance fee, society formation, registration charges. In fact he even collected amounts towards legal charges of conveyance etc.

Already HDIL had committed offence u/s 13 of MOFA by not forming society within 4 months & thereafter not conveying the property within a period of another 4 months. Thereafter HDIL has gone to the extent of not registering us as members for fear of exposing malpractices with respect to Occupation Certificate. The managing committee of our society appears to be installed by HDIL and is working for HDIL against the interests of members. Between the managing committee & HDIL they are playing a game of bluff at the expense of the flat owners.

Dear Friends. Need your support is raising our issues against the Builder HDIL whose flat in Kurla by name of premiere residencies we had bought in 2009 and were committed possession in 2011(some buyers even 2010). Its 2014 now and HDIL is now behaving in most malicious and greedy manner. After having sent letters for possession and payment of last dues. He has collected all money and just done a turn around saying now I want more money, if you want your house under illegal and irrelevant cost heads. Please review links of media on same and share and like them to voice our issues. Please refrain from any new projects of theirs and if you know of any friends stuck in same situation with HDIL ask them to join hands with us. We are now a 500+ protesting community.

He is asking money in cash without any demand letter that is black money which will have no records and that too after payment of 100%. Chairman Rakesh Wadhwa has gone to extent saying buyers that Do whatever you all want, even court case takes more than 10 years .

This is not only case in Premier, similar is case for all of his other projects, you name project his malicious intentions will be seen. POOR PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY CURSED CHAIRMAN AND STAKEHOLDERS.

*THIS IS AWARENESS CAMPAIGN FOR FRAUD BEING CARRIED OUT BY HDIL AND BEWARE OF HDIL THEY ARE BIG TIME FRAUD.

I went for cancellation of My alloted flat, their I have faced your employee misbehaviour with me and my father, and then after commiting 3 months times for refund, when we start leaving your office, your employee shouted and told AATH-NOU MAHINA LAGEGA in rude mode,

I don't think this kind of behaviour is afforded in service sector industry, as I am too working in service sector, want you to take action on that employee and provide us our refund of sector 1 flat no 404, your employee rude behaviour is been published by me on customer portals like mouthshut.com,

I liked this project vry much especially the way the staff was courteous. Project looks quite lucrative and fits in my budget also.

Proximity to Nahur stn, LBS as well as Highway is one of the plus points. Moreover HDIL is a brand, so dnt think I need to worry about quality of construction. Lots of other projects are alo coming up in the area so I think there is a lot of potential for growth.
