Haware Engineers, Navi Mumbai

So they are the cheater they are the one who commit to sell their property and make business and very easily fraud you. They have trained there staff accordingly. In 2016 I invested in there one of the project in Kalyan name Haware Paradise. As I got to know that the project is good and builders are reputed with lots of projects in mumbai and new mumbai. I gave them cash 13lac where Amar committed that possession is by Diwali 2019 and he will give me exit with 18lac . I contacted them for my exit but Amar was not talking my call and one of the staff told me that there’s a delay in project and I will not get my money. But after if and buts they gave me partial refund for 5lac and in 2020 again partial payment of 4 lac . Recently I connected them for rest they returned me only 3.5 lac where I was supposed to get 9 lac . This is request to those all who are planning to invest , purchase or deal with them don’t waste your time, money. They are not worth and untrustworthy. They make foreign family trips on our money. When they need your money they will behave decent and win your trust but at the time of return they will call you in there office threat you for not returning your money blame you for the consequences and will return your money like they are doing favour on you. Just imagine our money is return like they are doing charity on us . I am a cancer patient fighting for my life and at this stage I counted on my investment which was done 9 years back . But it was digest by Haware Builders.

I bought a flat in Haware citi Ghodbunder Road, Thane West- Mumbai from Haware builders in 2015, along with a stilt car parking space. In 2016 builder took my parking space without my consent due to that particular building needs to be Constructed, where in parking is. Later he agreed to pay the rent to use my parking for the period he uses my parking. When the building construction work was completed, near after around 7 years, neither he paid the rent, nor he’s releasing my parking space. I have written around 300+ emails to the builder on this, tried calling him ‘n’ number of times, and tried to meet him personally as well. But no luck. He is not providing my parking space back. Now I got to know that builder had already sold out my parking space to someone else with different parking no. and the person who bought the parking he is already started using my parking and also builder had replaced the parking number.

This is a total fraud and a cheating by the builder. So, whoever is thinking to deal with Haware builder, make sure you think multiple times before purchase a flat etc.

Bought a home @ Haware pinnacle Kalyan

Problems

1) possession was not on time

2) Amenities are not completed as shown in layout even lift is not working

3) in this project a row house is inside project compound that looks weird

4) construction quality is very poor . I had seen cracks to building

Its more than 4 years Haware builders has given possession of flats but they have still not prepared Road yet. they will give only false assurance, sweet talks & demand maintenance but poor quality constructions & no fire fighting equipment, no accounts handover, taken lakhs on money in the name of development charges & maintenance but not maintaining it.

I would like to share a review on Haware Engineering and Builder's private ltd.We used to stay in Thane in 2002.From the mode of advertisement of developing city Navi Mumbai we decide to buy a house there as it was cheaper and best option for common man.

We cameup and visited many construction sites but they were not up to the expectations.My family friend suggested a flat in Airoli which was built by Haware builders they are really familiar and frank specking. They also helped my Dad to get loan as soon as possible.The biggest shock that I got was when the builder just called my Dad to return some money which was left out of registration charges. I'm really very gladfull to have a house which is constructed by Haware builders men.

Haware builders are one of the pronounced building and construction companies in the city. I live in one of the buildings constructed by them.  I must say their work is pretty good. The building I stay has the layout.of castle. Its really nice.

There is a tough competition from prithvi builders and Jaikar builders but Haware buildings have created a name in navi Mumbai. The flats are well designed so that there is proper ventilation and all processes are proper. The people.in the office are very co-operatve and helpful. It is now run by the younger Haware brother. They even have their blood donation camps.and.yearly.calenders

Overall their work is good and appreciable.
