Do not care for their customers who have invested their hard owned money in this good looking but not so great from inside

high on maintance with all pacthy work.

H& m royale where the township is very good and attractive from out side and its nicely decorated but once you start residing after the property is bieng used you will have to keep a lot of cash in hand to use for the property maintainence as the pipes will start leeking and walls will be wet your paint will start falling by gatting wet.

I know this place as one of my colleague stay there. I have visited the place several times it just looks good from outside but from inside it is not a value for money place. I have heard many people saying the quality of the construction is not good, fittings that the Builder provides also of low quality, the parking space also has issues in it, the gas pipeline connection is very costly. Although it looks very elegant from outside and spacious but we don't live outside the house we live inside it. So the Builder should concentrate more on people's facility. it's an average place, you can get a better place in same budget around it.

Pls check all these points before you decide to move into H&M royal.

   Poor construction.
   



2. 
   Builder selling up visitor's parking.
   



3. 
   Poor material in kitchen sinks, platform etc.
   



4. 
   Bathroom tiles of worst quality.
   



5. 
   You have to pay for gas connection even though it's very costly and have your own cylinder.
   



6. 
   No intercom facility and hence high risk for security as anyone directly comes home and we don't even know.
   



7. 
   Builder charges high maintenance.
   



8. 
   My list can go on and on...you better verify before you decide.
