Gruha kalyan is a total fraud company it is a sibling of dreams Gk which had already looted many customers, they have many projects all over the city namely rose, bluebell, orchid etc. I invested 8lakhs rupees on their bluebell project, the claimed they will provide the flat after 24 months.the period is about to over but the construction land is in the same condition. Most of their projects were under priced compared to the current market rate. but still many people including me has invested expecting a house in a costly place like Bengaluru. These people showed fake dreams to us. its my request not to fall into this trap, presently the company is shuted down after eating our hard earned money. they may come again in the market with other name claiming less prices of flats with greater amenities to atrract innocent customers. please don't believe any company who claims to provide flats at a lesser price. In a place like bengaluru you have spend atleast 40lakhs for a 2bhk house. This company is not eligible to get even one star rating, I hope my review was useful.

I booked flat in GRUHA Kalyan on 2015 it's been more around 1 year still construction not started they are not giving proper update. If we ask those people say next month and next week but no guarantee starting construction. Fraud company, targeted to middle class people and few corporate employees because they always worried about work early they can take money that was there intention. Fraud company.

I mentioned here the few people very cleaver and talking like a big fraud and very chef mind people.

I request to all INDIAN PEOPLE pls don't buy any property in GK. WE SHOULD complain to CID/PM/CM of Bangalore about this GK all employee.

I booked flat in GRUHA Kalyan on 2015 it's been more than one and half year still construction not started they are not giving proper update. The organized looters . in the real estate business looted mostly middle class & low income group, because they were desperate to get a house at cheaper rate .

Like to see each and every one from management to employees in jail, since they are also part of looting process, they can not claim innocence because they were only employees.

Please file as much as FIR in Madivala police station with details, your hard earned money can not be cheated like this.

Gruha kalyan is totally a fraud company, never ever invest your hard earning money with them, nothing you will get.

I had booked a flat in their socalled project Rose-2 marathahalli, later cancelled as well. It’s almost 10 months, I am running behind them and struggling to get back my booking amount of 1 lakh rupees, their cheque has been bounced as well. Plz be very very careful.

They have very full proof plan to cheat innocent middle class people, everytime you find new employees to handle your case.

This is a total fraud company. Their intention is to do money rotation. They have nil active projects in Bangalore. They showed me an agriculture land and told that they would develop the land in site project with full amenities but initially I had to deposit 1 lakh. After few days they started asking for further payment with nil deployment in project. Then I cancelled my booking with lot of formalities. They told that refund amount would be given after 3 months. With lot of excuses they refunded my harden earned money without almost 1 year interest.

One year over they hasn't return our money back . Such a cheater company don't know how it's work. General manager, MD, accounts people all r cheater. Still runing behind them for money. Avoid this projects they are cunning people be alert. Don't know any law is there to punish such a fraud company.

I booked a flat in Feb from this fraud company. I cancelled it after 10 days. I was given cheque for 98k for 27 May but they told me not to cash it.

I was promised a DD but they never gave it. Now their General Manager

Siddharth is telling me to remove this post instead of paying back My money. Total fraud. Don't give them a penny.Their staff is extremely rude and once they got your money, they won't even bother to take call. It's a scam.

I saw the Times of India ad. and visited their office and booked in Erica at Domlur. I got an automated flat at a price which you won’t even get an ordinary 1 BHK. I investigated and found nothing wrong. For 15 days I did my investigation and finally booked. Like to hear from you.

If some one knows and have experience kindly guide me, whether I am taking the right decision or not. The prices are even greatly attractive. I went and saw it. I got impressed.

I am writing this to help others who are planning to invest in TGS bangalore. Plz be informed that DREAMS INFRA/DREAMZ/TGS Properties are one of the biggest fraudulent developers in bangalore, who has cheated many of the people.

They have 2 more companies DREAMS and Gruha kalyan properties.All 3 belongs to a same lady called Ms Mandeep Kaur and companies running by her husband Sachin Naik who is the owner of Janasri news channel and SEND my Gift.They were also IPL sponsors. They give a very big advertisement in News paper saying 50% discounts on flats. They target middle class people. Don't know why govt has not taken action on them. Pls pass this msg to other groups and save your friends and relatives being cheated. Thank you.
