She gives false promise. After promising that she will give the money she doesnt pick up calls now. Avoids calls and messages. She is not fit for anything. She is big time cheater and show off. All the awards that is seen to be received are money given and taken. She doesnt deserve any awards, infact she needs to be put behind bars.

Builder GR Promoters represented by Ms. Geetha Rammohan and her husband N. Rammohan are big time cheats. I currently reside here and am sharing my own experience for others to be cautious and not to be cheated by this duo. They are wolves in sheep skin and are in RE sector only because of their greed for money and more money. They have done only few projects and all were a sham. They give false promises, excuses and are sweet talkers. Beware of them. They have not provided amenities as promised, no fire safety work, leakage and seepage everywhere, low quality work and the project has major deviations. This is a very unsafe project and we live here as we do not have much choice. All our requests and pleas are unanswered as they already got what they wanted from us "MONEY". There was even a fire reported today in the electrical panel and the builder has not completed fire fighting work or provided any fire fighting equipment. We have already spent a lot for making this place a bit safe and livable apart the EMIs we pay. There are cases against them in courts as they had abandoned the Project in 2015 and till date nothing has been done. Do not fall in their trap and do the same mistakes that we did.

They are big time frauds, they have also cheated their labors and suppliers with out paying them properly. They do not have any ethics, they will go at extremely level once your apartment are booked. They are changing their company name in each state and city and running their projects, by the chief fraud ram mohan.

This geetha ram is a big fraud she did a project in Arekere GR Queen Amber which is a sham. Promised so many things and delivered nothing. big time cheaters she could not even sell 33 flats out of 49. There are losers like me who bought and suffering for life. She has built an unsuthroized Paying guest and spoiled the building still further - No lifts no water - I wish and pray to god to punish her and her family with full force for the amount of cheating she did to me. DO not buy any property from this number one fraud.

Guys the good reviews are from builder . the building is worst in that area .no other building is like that in that area. they are big failures .money goes and come but respect earned from good work and they earned money only. stay away from this builder, they are white collared . modern crooks . building is half done and most of the equipment installed need maintenance frequently.

These two people geetha and ram mohan, are no 1 frauds.  We have brought the flat and are being struggling for the past 6 years, they are not giving proper hand over and either returning the money back.

The quality are very poor they do not have any knowledge about the construction, they are just doing this for money.  The only thing they know is money.  Please, do not put your earned money in dust bin.  They are also making fake comments from their account.

After viewing hoarding, I enquired about this builders. At first I thought they were not good in construction and quality delivery.

But, my assumption was completely wrong after I visited Gr promoters site which was simply superb in elevation, construction, view of the building.

I hope engineers worked hard for the design of this site and also I came to know about this builders that they were never comprised about the quality of the building which I have seen very rare. I heartly appreciate the builders of having such attitude. Wishing you a good luck in your future!

GR Promoters, The most worst builders, Cheaters and Frauds, even they are giving fake reviews everywhere from their own persons.pls pls do not buy .the project is still looks like a ghost house.not completed even after 5 years, and these peoples are not taking care of anything .we suffered a lot.

One of my relative have planned to buy their apartment in chengalpattu from the builder called gr clasique, i already know them, their company actual name is gr promoters and they from banglore.  They are no 1 frauds please read their company reviews, my friends have bought appartment in banglore, still now they are suffering.

They only give wrong commitments and promises, please do not put your hard earned money these builders.

Gr-Promoters are a very good builder in Bangalore. They provide flats at a very good rate and flats are also very good looking. Fuck I have purchased a 2Bhk flat from GrPromoters and I am really satisfied with their efforts and work.The loving feature that I liked is it is made from Spiritual concept.Located in very peaceful environment, away from city’s hustle-bustle.There are private garden and fully digital security. My dad booked the flat for me constructed by Gr promoters, I am very thankful to my dad and the builder for providing such a beautiful construction.

The Flat was so beautiful and with all the amenities. Just because of my job I don’t get too much time to search and check out the flats and I recently located in Bangalore. I live with privacy'so can't live in rented house.

Home in new town is good then renting for many reasons. independantly we can live in qwn house, no interferance of others.

I booked my new flat in Gr queens pride, as I see the hording and  newspaper ads, i was also looking for the flat for investm, net purpose and may be in future I will stay there As an flat is quiet good and less expensive, you can say within a budget. Builder providing all basic facilites with flat is near to school, market, college, bank. Very impressive location.

Construction in full swing . Progress is impressive, Everything seems perfect.Rent facility also available, if you want a flat for short span of time.

Gr queen pride is a good project to invest, as my brother in law invest in that project and he is happy with the construction and apartment, all basic and modern facilites available there .

.It`s a good opportunity to invest money on these kind of projects. I heard lot of good things about this company, on my brother-in -law`s recommendation I visited their site and found it good.  So I decided to invest on this project to get a well furnished flat with good amenities. Recently I visited the site of gr promoters at begur road. It's ongoing projects of gr promoters, I will retire next year and want to permanently shift, as an my daughter study in Bangalore and she don't want to shift anywhere.

So I decided to buy a flat in Bangalore. I view a sample flat, which is good and hopefully possession will be on time.for family purpose this purpose this project is good for investment.

I have bought a flat from Gr Promoters which costs me around 25 Lac. Flat is good in look and at a very good area.

On of my friend had suggested me about Gr Promoters. He said that the flats provided by them are very good and also in middle class family budget and yes really my flat is beautiful and at a good area where I receive 24 hours of electricity and water supply.

Society around the flat is also very good since all peoples are very educated and friendly in nature. It is at a safe place and also there is a large space for car parking.

I have purchased a 2BHK flat from GR Promoters last month. They showed me upto 10 flats firstly I thought of buying all flats but I had to bought single only so I buyied a 2 Bhk flat which cost me around 35 Lac.

If anyone is searching for a good agent in bangalore then I amy suggest Gr promoters as a good agent since they helped me.

Flat is very beautiful and situated in a posh area. There were some issues in flat but they resolved all the issues.

I think that I found Gr Promoters as one of the best real estate agents in Bangalore. They provide homes at cheap rates and staff are also very cooperative. I had buyied a 3BHK flat from Gr Promoters and they provided me flat in just within a week. I was in a great requirement of flat at that time so I am very thankful to them for providing me flat easily and at less price.

I am very happy and thankful to Gr Promoters for providing me flat at an affordable price. I am a middle class person with a less income. I recently contacted Gr promoters for a 2 bhk flat and u will not believe that they provide me flat at 2000000 only.

I have also suggested my friends for buying flats from Gr Promoters because they provide good flats.

I had a very good experience with Gr Promoters, they are very good person and also very friendly.

Hi All,

I too have bought a 3BHK house in GR Queens Pride apartment and are struggling with the management to complete the work.

1) Neither the builders and workers are on site.

2) Even the very basic, agreed and paid facilities like water and electricity are not been provided.

3) No Garbage collection

4) Non working lifts are left open which is very dangerous for children

5) No power back for lifts or for the building. This is a major hassel because

6) None of the facilities which we had paid for are made available

7) Completion of project is not as promised

I am all in to file a case in consumer court( as I believe this falls under service category) against GR Promoters.

Can you guys please let me know if we can start an email chain to initate a legal process?

Please suggest and if possible share a method communication .
