Hi, my flat no is C 1803 in express zenith and I am a resident of express builders. Express builder gives possession but registry bhul jao. No matter whatever you do registry is not possible.Majority of the people in the society are facing the same problem. All their projects are having registry issue.So think well before investing in express builders as ketna bhi bhag lo registry nhin hogi.

There is a lot of delay in possession, which is causing a huge problem for us! The customer service does not give us any clear answers as to when we will get our property back!

They have not shown us all the approvals and licenses that are so important when you are constructing a building and this is quite problematic.

This place has a very bad car lift and there have been multiple instances when there have been huge nuisances because of the bad car lift.

The maintenance fee is outrageously high and makes you want to leave the complex rather than stay here and pay such a high fee.

They have taken 90% of our money and now they do not answer our calls and emails and this has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety.

It is seen in many cases that as soon as the builders don’t see any money flow from the land they have invested in, does not get any investor and they somehow hand over the project to the third party so as to work on some other project. And when they fault to bring investors to the first project, they suffer losses. This is their general idea of Pongy scheme.

The carpet area at this place is too small and they do not even charge less since the place is small.

Very well maintained the society. you get a lot of open spaces within the society. Nearby area is also well developed

I'm a residence at Express Zenith, bought a 3bhk flat in Sep-22, I received all my possession on time, Express Builder backend team and sales team is very co-operative. They did all the documetation smooth and hustle free. Thanks Express Builders.
