This is my 2nd property in bangalore and iam very happy with the concept of sportscity and the project is like resort feeling.isaw some disturbing reviews about Excel Developers thats why took some time to share my experience with them too.

After visiting end no of projects I saw their board in that locality and I connected Mr.Ali whoz an excellent and professional person whom I came across before closing this deal he guided me to the project and gave complete concept details my family was very convinced at the first visit itself but when I come and saw the reviews before taking final call iwas disappointed but isaw other developers too its horrable reviews.

And the strange thing was all the developers is reverting back and debating on reviews that ifelt is fake but Excel doent have any reviews from thier end.The gud thing about this developer was not in a hurry to  sell he gave all the reviews answers and introduced the directors of the company.I was very happy and booked a plot and reffered my sister who stays abroad to invest in this Oxigen project.

I got Legal opinion done from my advocate at Legal Nexus and got the opinion positive.Lets meet at a great community

Last year I shifted in Bangalore with my wife. For 1 year we took a flat on rent but later realized that we must have our own house.

We contacted many people and took their reviews than later got to know from a friend about Excel Dwellings Apartments.He was staying their already.

I went at the place and confirmed about all the necessary details and then finally made my mind to settle over there.I am happily staying over there with my family.

Let me share my experience with excel dwellings. When I was planing to buy an plot, I was more focused on premium builders and checked about few trustable builders in Bangalore and I found Excel Dwellings and their project "Oxigen"in sarjapur.

I have invested in their project and earlier there is bit delayed in project and I started visiting their office and the response from the management and supportive staff is good. Later I am very happy with the way the project developed in time with all amenities. .

They had some problem earlier with some parts of the project and they had to resubmit all plans. However now they have all approvals and this project will be one of the best investment destination in Bangalore. Besides banks are offering loans and institutions LIC, ICICI, SBI, AXIS Bank have invested huge sums in this.

Once the project comes up the rates will jump and it will be one of the most sought after in Bangalore.The Marketing and design teams are highly professional as they took me through the designs and ongoing things. Let's forget the past- I see this project as value for money. so I have bought 2 plots and registrations were done in time.

The developer are genuine and they are having a upcoming project is oxygen sports city. That's a very nice project .And the company is most truthful.i met the director personally and I get to know about their project in and around Bangalore.And we planning to invest in there.

I have bought Studio large in EXD Five Rings, the ambiance of the project has attracted me to buy an apartment here, love the locality and the idea of Olympics level sports arena. Extremely professional people to deal with and also have recommended this to 5 of my friends and to few colleagues of mine.

Amazing place, good concept that you probably wont see anywhere else in Bangalore. Invest for your future here! I have personally visited this site, the construction has already started, and the staff there is really helpful. Imagine yourself living in a place where you can get to live like a king as well as enjoy all the amenities like a Fifa standard football field, Olympic size swimming pool, and all the other sports you can think of!
