The company has done a very horrible job in this project.Maintenance is very poor. Handed over the project in incomplete form. You can come and see the real maintenance scene here. Don't go on the photos loaded in the site. Also talk to the residents who are not the members of RWA.

Very bad builder avoid buying property since they have a lot of hidden charges which will break all your plannings. You don't know the exact amount you pay till the time you are handed the property. So think 100 times before buying property. They keep on changing the policy as per their benefits and will come up with surprises with a very high amount.

Bad customer service and overcharging of dues.

I booked a flat in Eldeco Saubhagyam. It's very sad to say they have very bad staff in office. I have encountered so much problem with their mistakes in Name and wrong payments. They always miscalculate and charge more than actual due. After inquiry, they frequently say Govt. has implemented such such taxes and you have to pay. Or else you come to our office, we will short out the problem.

My concern is why they do such mistakes? If someone inform about mistakes, it's their duty to correct and rectify mistake. Why impose us to come their office to visit?

Their customer service is so bad. If you e-mail or call them, very occasionally we get response.

I recommend to be careful for their payment. Check carefully and rematch with the contract payment book .

I suggest and encourage to flat owners or customers to write a review of their experience, so that in future when someone is going to buy or book a flat, they know the problem then they can chose accordingly.

Eldeco one of the project is running bijnore road lucknow, I have done training in this site as a post of site engineer(trainee) I have seen that the they are building high quality villas and etc with using high quality product they are producing their own own sewer treatment plant which is one of the good part of the project and the all project is highly design by highly qualified man the security system is also good in this project so at-last I want to recommend to all people who want their house in safer place.
