Eden Group, Kolkata

One of my close relative Mr Debojit Mushi has booked one D1 type flat for Shalimar project through online mode vide application no 16566. We have booked without physical verification of site since we are staying outside of Bengal due to professional reason.

On 14th Oct'21, we have gone the project site but came back with very bad experience. Security in charge and his associates behaved rudely with us and practically they have kicked out us from the site because no one Solaris staff is present and they are enjoing their holidays.

We even contacted Somani retailer person through whom we contacted during booking. He tried for our visit the site office but failed. Based on circumstances we requested the to show 3D tower models only which are kept inside office but security team did not allow us.

Requesting Solaris management to take my feedback seriously and take appropriate action.

On my first visit I will rate zero with respect to customer satisfaction index. Please try to improve customer service.

Got my dream home from Eden Group. I was looking for long but did not find according to my favourite location. Eden helped me finding my flats. Quality construction easy booking process made every thing easy. Every body helped a lot in all steps. I will always refer Eden.

I purchased this loft in Eden Brookside, Near Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital in 2015.There is exceptionally unmistakable leakage from the dividers and also the rooftop which is expanding with each day.I have been sending them sends with photos of the drainage since a long while however till date they have not effectively absolutely capture the issue which is because of their utilization of extremely poor materials, awful supervision and carelessness.

Eden Group( not Eden city) is one of the most dishonest builders in Kolkata. They will cheat you left and right. You will see that their prices are competitive. Looks like they have a vision to do good work but the staffs and some of the senior people are very dishonest. They use inferior quality materials even though sanctioned for better ones. Infected supervisation as they are also part of this wrongdoing. They have taken so much money for Maintenence but in reality Maintenence is pathetic. Avoid Eden group. There are huge construction defects. Few of the complexes are joined together to move to consumer court against them

I bought this apartment in Eden Brookside, Near Thakurpukur Cancer Hospital in 2015.

There is very prominent seepage from the walls as well as the roof which is increasing with each day.I have been sending them mails with pictures of the seepage since quite some time but till date they have not done anything to totally arrest the issue which is due to their use of very poor materials, bad supervision and negligence.

Eden group is very popular developer in kolkata gradually they are expanded.Eden group so many projects develop in kolkata Eden city Mahesh Tala one of famous project in kolkata .This flat price is resealable & quality of the construction is well.Construction steps follow good & they are also design & material use good.So I suggest you please take the opportunity for that I think this year this flat is handover to the customer.Actually Eden grop first start the tea business in 1920 after they came in Real Estate market so you believe that they are very good industrial list if you buy this flat there is no problem regarding money. At last I told you they have good customer satisfaction.

I was looking for a flat within my limited budget however the location must be well connected and convenient. Hence, I looked for some of the flats near by pass. However, construction wise versus price I found this flat by Eden is really attractive. The overall construction and quality is being used is not at all comparable with the local builders, Eden is far ahead.

However, there are some process problems in side the Eden organization. Like they demanded excess amount from the bank earlier than the schedule and I have to pay the interests. Similarly I have requested for some changes in the primary plan and paid well in advance. But during the execution this was not followed. When I have identified they changed it.

Otherwise all okay. You can trust this builder, but careful and keep your eyes on the whole process time to time.

I was looking for a new flat in the city of joy for last 6 months. I ended up buying a flat in Eden Exotica few months back. I really liked the floor plan of the project. Even though I am not very happy location wise but the project is well connected to the other parts of the city. The price is in a bit higher side as compared to the other flats in the same locality.

But there’s no complaint with the construction quality as I have consulted with the experts before taking the final decision. And I didn’t want to compromise on that.

I am a new customer of Eden Group Pavilion project. For me one of the most important purposes of buying a flat in Kolkata is investment as I stay in US from last 15 years.

There are good things and bad things about them. The construction of the apartments is very good but yes, it could have been even better. All the accessories used by Eden Group are of good brands. Overall, given builder reputations they are ok.

I have recently purchased a new flat in Eden Pavilion. I was very skeptical at the beginning whether I should spend this amount for this flat at this location but later on decided to go for it because this was my requirement for last 5/6 years.

I won’t comment on whether Eden Group is the best developer in the town, but I definitely say that they have kept their promises. Besides some small maintenance issues(they were solved reasonably though), I am really satisfied with the brands and materials they have provided inside the flat.

I have taken a flat in eden imperial. its completed with good italian marble. I am quite happy with the quality of construction. no one else is providing italian marble and such quality of construction for this price.

but problem is all builders are charging super built up area and some extra charges. I am not totally happy with super built up area concept. I hope the maintenance will be good and justified as per the price.

overall experience at eden was fine in the office also. they are fairly professional, but the office is very small and uncomfortable.

I had earlier booked a flat with Debjani Properties. The project did not start building for one year and after that as well, there was some quarrel between the promoters. Fortunately I was able to get out of that and booked a flat in eden icon.

the water is not that great here, and there is no corporation water still. the road is also not pakka.

I had some problems during shifting inside which took some time to solve. but overall the fittings and lift, generator, etc and quality is good and are as was promised.
