The project is a nice one pretty close to the Hooghly. The facilities are good and the location is conveniently connected to the rest of the city. Many apartments have already been handed over. Over all a good project that can offer a good living experience.

The staff was extremely helpful and cooperative. It is well connected, in a good location, and has a large open space with a play area for children. It is also a short while away from the Ganges. Overall a nice project and we quite liked it.

Poor Maintenance

You may have been spared by Covid 19, but there is no guarantee that DENGUE would not strike you if you plan to reside in Eden city .the water bodies which was proudly spoken of at the time of purchase has become a breeding ground for mosquitoes. The maintenance is not worth talking about. The charges are very high and you need to pay for the smallest of services. To attract customers they spruce up the areas around the marketing office. Please do not be deceived. The Towers do not have security guards as committed. I am staying here out of compulsion as there are no purchasers .Be wary of the sweet words of the marketing people. The worst part is that there is no way you can redress your grievances.

Purchased a loft from Eden City Gathering in South Kolkata and did not observe their administration to be dependable.

The rooms in the loft were tiny and the vast majority of the spaces devoured by the galleries or verandahs and some poor engineering.

The particular kitchen was not appropriately introduced as a portion of the cupboard were very free.

The cost of the loft was sensible and keeping in mind that acquiring the level they included a lot of add to offer the venture.

The staff kindness was not that great and the administration can go any cutoff to offer their venture.

Their client benefit was terrible as amazingly inert. They do have support staff however they were quite unpredictable in their administration and stayed unapproachable from the group.

Not a reliable broker!

I bought an apartment from Eden City Group in South Kolkata and did not find their service to be reliable.

The rooms in the apartment were really small and most of the spaces consumed by the balconies or verandahs and some poor architecture.

The modular kitchen was not properly installed as some of the cabinet were quite loose.

The price of the apartment was reasonable and while purchasing the flat they added plenty of add-on to sell the project.

The staff courtesy was not that good and the management can go any limit to sell their project.

Their customer service was pathetic as extremely unresponsive. They do have maintenance staff but they were pretty irregular in their service and remained aloof from the community.

Dont Buy Flats in Eden City

The management will wash your mind before buying the flat if you book then you will face lot of problems .Still people didnt have electricity in their home.

The basic need's which is require to a family to stay there that is not available there .But the developer giving so many add's to sell their flat and expending crore's of money but the people who are staying there suffering with lot of problem in case of any emergency no doctor where as senior citizen's are staying there .

Hand over to the stupid maintenance department they are charging like staying in south city building where as they dont know that the project is located in the village area.There is no good shop where you get good things. simply they are cheating the people.

Its a big cheat company, their sales team will commit so many things but at the time of delivery no one will take the responsibility, so much hidden costs are there.

Flat quality and finishing is too bad. they will charge you interest which they will never explain at the time of booking. Don't invest in such properties.

Clear case of cheating and hidden charges

Eden city has given possession without basic need readiness. When asked, they are not responding. Many hidden charges, which are not at all mentioned in their any of the documents, T&C etc. The senior management is deaf and dumb, they don't even know their policies what was committed to customer and what was not.

Based on complaint, they started mentioning the same in Pricing page now, but how about those people who has already booked around 2 years ago.

Eden city is not even accepting their mistakes. there are many surprises, we have ignored. but this time it is hite of cheating.

Know them before you buy from them

If you know nothing about construction of a building then eden group can provide you lot of lucrative things. But they do not follow their architect's suggestion for making of one building. Regarding constructions Eden group totally rely on their site in charges, seldom they visit their original project side. As a result they are deteriorating in their building quality.

Now a days they are building lot of projects in Nayabad, kolkata area. But most of the new projects are having cracks on the plaster i.e. settlement cracks. Although it is not a big deal for them! They totally deviate from their promised spec.

f you question them they won't be able to answer you properly regarding these. So do not go by their promises. Know everything what you are buying from them, before you really book any flat from them.
