Property buying was not a problem with Dream Homes. They make everything easy for the buyers. I personally went through a very good experience of buying a property. It was good. The facilities were as expected and even now it's worth has doubled than before. Completely happy and satisfied.

Dream Homes Groupis a trustworthybuilder and propertyseller in Tamil Nadia. I bought 2 properties from them and am reallysatisfiedwith their customerservice. Please Never think of buying property at dream Homes. I bought a property near Oragadam in the year of 2015. And Paid around Rs.20000 for individual Patta in the year of 2016 but still I haven't received any update on this even after two years of paying the amount.They never picking up the calls and no one is available at their office premises. I just moving forward to raise consumer complaint against them with the Reciept available with me.

Worst service overall. owner acts as the kingpin of real estate. asks for max commission. worst expereince of my life. truly sucks.

All her company cares is money. hope they will understand using there own blood for money is not good for too long. sucks overall service

Hello everyone,  I  would like to share my experience with dream house. I recently brought a house from them and had a mesmerizing experience.

I bought a postcard perfect residential flat at golden dream city by dream homes few months back. Since I was very particular about the assurance for time, cost & quality parameters, dream homes satisfied me for every concern I had regarding the home buying procedures.

Though I felt that the kitchen should have been more spacious but it could be ignored seeing rest of the amenities they were providing.

It was my first home buying experience so I was quite worried. My search went on for one month until I came across dream homes builders in Chennai. I got really impressed with the construction quality and well-planned landscape of the residential flats constructed by this builder. Each structure has a spacious park and ample parking space.

I was visited to the dream homes property and checked the houses already built there. The deigns of the houses that are provided by them are amazing and eye catching.

They also choose the central place that  has all the facilities around such as the hospitals, schools, etc. I have purchased a house from dream house And I must say that the design of the house was wonderful. The location of this site is also too much beautiful.

I would like to share my experience with Dream homes. Recently I was looking for the apartment in chennai and since chennai being the area where the property rates are high, I thought that I would not be able to purchase my dream house.
