Doshi Housing Limited, Chennai

Purchased 2 flats in Doshi RISINGTON Karapakkam.

Yesterday The bathroom door locked and not opening and my wife is inside. It proves quality of Doshi construction and material used.

This is not the first time in my flat B2 107. Number of flats faced the same problem.

Why the quality of lock not withstanding one year. Really painful living experience here. GOD only save us from the poor quality material and structure.

The Basement Roof slab and beam are weak and rainwater leaks through cracks. Worst maintenance and security.

After shifting into Doshi Risington , on first day itself seepage issues came, water leakage coming from bathroom outside walls and sink areas. Worst construction and they are not repairing it. Waiting from one month.

Worst builder, poor customer support. Selling assigned car parking slot to other client. Its unethical and sharing one client details to other client as well.

Since the past many years, many of the projects that are in the built up stages are yet to witness good demand and have not been witnessing any good demand as compared to the properties that are currently loaded with great demand in the market for their price, accessibility and overall rates.

Since most of the property sizes have been reduced as compared to the past couple of years, it has been seen that more number of houses have been built and that has led to possibility of building many houses which is more like stuffing many and that has caused to be seen as apartment stuffing.

They did not bother to keep us informed and updated about the progress in their work and now the project has been delayed by 4 years and they are not giving us the interest that they should for delayed possession.

We all do not have equal access to the common area and this is not fair at all because we have all paid eqaully for our houses and we pay the same amount of maintenance.

It has been a very difficult case to easily spot on waste from smaller pests, like bed bugs. Besides there is no proper services in place to ensure thorough examination of some of the many of these pest infestations to improve the housing conditions.

They stoop down to the extent of telling you lies to sell the property to you! Once you book theier property, they do not bother to answer your queries and concerns regarding anything! I think I may have just got myself into something really scary! I urge you to be careful if you are looking at booking with them!

There should be a keen consideration and a relevant undertaking as to taking into account the space reserved for commercial construction as a part of using it for building affordable housing. This can be effectively implemented as a mandatory policy.

It is almost three years and not yet completed nakshatra 3 project. Please do not book any with this builders.. they say they are waiting for getting completion certificate.

I have booked the flat - Doshi Nakshatra II at Tambaram, Chennai before 3 years. It was promised to handed over on Dec 2010. Construction is still going on and the Builder does not want to commit any date.

Only Pro:

Cost was cheaper

Expecting the Quality of completion would be good.

Cons:

Doshi is a poor builder in terms of Customer Service, Staff Courtesy...

Promised for Park space - but at the site could not see any space

Staff courtesy - horrible. No adjustment.

Customer Service - Poor. Not worried at all.

Paver Blocks in the Open Area - Poor Quality

Buying Water by Lorry - Poorly Planned PArking Area for the Lorry. Dangerous.

Lift Room Door - Knowing it is exposed to Open, poor quality doors were provided.

Top Terrace Door - Knowing it is exposed to Open, poor quality doors were provided.

Service Tax - We dont know whether this money was paid to the Government. If not then it should be returned with intrest.

Promised Park Area at the back - Nothing has happend till today.

Rani Water Harvesting -Did not arrange to collect Water from Open Area to be diverted to a Rain Water Harvesting Tank.

Gym - No of Gym Equipments provided is not satisfactory.
