Dipti builders are fraud, they tell all lies and cheat you.
In Bamanpuri project in Andheri East, Mumbai, they are building illegal floors.
They have permission for 7 floors only but now going for 2 more floors.
this even with the recent news of Campa Cola.
dont know what will happen to the project.
They promised possession in 2013 and then kept on extending every 2 months.
Now the situation is worse.
Same is the case of Empress project in Jogeshwari.
Don't invest in this project
If you are thinking of investing in Dipti builder project, DO NOT invest.
If you are thinking of giving your building for redevelopment by Dipti builders, DO NOT give it to them.
Stay away from this builder else you will get cheated for sure, so be prepared for unexpected things.
In case of Bamanpuri they took so many years, you give it to them they will take 8-10 years.
The building is not good quality, bad design of rooms.
They talk of all polish things but use low cost materials.
Very unprofessional attitude and always cheating and having eye to get more money by doing illegal things.
There are many buildings in Andheri East by Dipti, which have no OC from Municipal authorities for years, and still they gave possession and sold flats.
Without OC building mean illegal construction, so very much cheating.
