DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEVELOPER. I Purchased a flat in 2013 and have been following up for the release of IFMS since last few years. These people simply say we will release the money but haven't released till now.

These people sit on your Hard Earned money and do not give it back. These guys are cheaters

I am happy that we have got the possession letter and discussed with maintenance team about my custom upgrades in kitchen. They helped me with best price and look after the work progress . Thank you for such a co-operative nature of team. Can't wait to shift to a much better home now!

The best thing I love about the jewel of Noida is that there is a restaurant in the society so whenever I do not want to cook, I go to the restaurant.

For bachelor's like us, I would surely recommend to the jewel of Noida. My friends mostly visit at my place. I always hangout with them in restaurant. My friends love my flat very much.

I was eagerly searching for a residential property around sector 75 Noida and after so much of research work I decided to go with Jewel of Noida and got shifted to my dream home last week. Proud to be a resident bof jewels of Noida with so much to boast such as five star club facility, air conditioners in lift lobbies, resort style greenery, jogging tacks & many more.It is very close to metro station and a proposed mall.

Dasnac has created the flat with best architectural ideas. Flooring is awesome and the woodwork has done so nicely. All I have to say that they are best in this industry and I am the one of happy client of them. I really feel fortunate about myself that I have booked my dream home with them. I am excited to have my own home there.

My daughter is an avid reader, all thanks to J K Rowling! She loves to go and get her books from the library and read. I am glad that we bought a house in Jewel of Noida as they have a huge library with a variety of books available. Now she would not have to travel anywhere far in search for her favourite books anymore!

I am enthralled as I shall be visiting to a new apartment on that was my dream since ages.It has been designed by the Jewel of Noida and the rooms are just what I had imagined.There is ample space for cross ventilation that makes it more special.The best part is that the security is very high. Parking space is also good.

Froud froud froud builder.every employee of this builder is froud.every employee demand bribe? for work.local Gunday se pitwa deta hai agar iske against bola to.Maintenance ke name per loota rahega agar possession le leya to.I suggest u don't go this builder. becouseoff this builder, I will not go any builder projects in future. Mere life ke total money dub Gaye ise builder ke vajah se.

I am from UK & I work in Noida, I had plans to move my parents from UK to this place. But they want to move a place where they can easily get all the things easily. As they are new to India as well as for Noida also so they were hesitating earlier but now they are happy with the location. A friend recommended me this project and I’m so happy to invest in it. The place is well constructed for every age group, keeping all the requirement on mind.

I am living in my flat for last 2 months. The jewel of Noida is located in the most affluent locality of Noida. My husband loves to play golf. The golf course is near to our flat, so my husband daily goes to play golf.
