Hi All,

My office is in cuber hub, which is in gurgaon, I have never seen such security precautions anywhere else. Whenever I had any concern regarding my parking or building or security issues, they have one stop email address and they resolve their query in a single working day. I have observed that several times.

DLF staff is very attentive they give a quick response to your queries. The problem is with their parking facility they charge to much for parking and do not give liberty for extra two minutes.

Be aware of the timing when you use their parking.

DLF is a very very reputed builder in gurgaon, and other place, Like Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigar, Chennai.

Dlf is one of the oldest builder in gurgaon, They constructed lots of projects in gurgaon, . The construction quality is very nice, and they are providing best quality of services and facilities.

If I am talking about gurgaon so DLF who made gurgaon very nice. They are providing best amenities in there society. They are also providing swimming pool community hall, 24*7 security, and geted society.

In Gurgaon they constructed like Old DFL, and their project like in sector 94, 92, 56, 33, 32 55, 54, and many more place in gurgaon.

They also constructed expressway with the help of HUDA(Haryana Urban Development authority) .The Lenth is approx 10 km and 16 lane. This stretch from NH8 Toll Plaza to Sector 55/56 in Gurgaon with six underpasses, one flyover and freeways will substantially improve traffic management in the city.

Dlf flat is so good , his construction and design of flat is to much better than other .the facilities provided by the dlf society is awesome .like play ground, swimming pool, garden, which are in well maintained and also give the possesion at right time not late to much .but the flat rate to higher than other .which is unafordable by medium class of family .but I am happy to his service

DLF is a place of rich people. It is very beautifull and attractive. Nice infrastracture realy do a best job by DLF I like that. I live in DLF Sec-29 every thing is near by like police station, metro, hospital, malls, school, parks, kingdom of dreams is also their etc. What you want in the city ever thing is here. I booked a 2 bhk flat in dlf new town hts.

Sector 86 block d which was a non plc flat .Now after 3 years I received a mail from dlf stating that due to some layout plan change, the flat alloted to me is a 3 bhk flat and I would be alloted some other flat which has pic of arounf 450000 which is an additional burden for me .i request u dont be aware of this scam

DLF is one of the finest builders . Well, I can vouch for it as I have seen some of its flats.

I am impressed with its lay out and properly planned landscape. Each building has a good spacious park and proper parking space.

Then, DLF is quite a reputed company and is known to be pioneer in real estate in north India.

The good aspect about it is also good customer care provided by it. It has a well trained staff that knows about various aspects of realty business.

Another good point is it runs its own metro that connects its citizens to other parts.

However, like all good things in life; it is bit costly. I am pained to say that it is out of pocket for many with limited income.

The, its properties are in hub of many good offices so one can commute easily from home to office and vice versa.

I wish all those working professionals with steady income can choose this builder.

In my view to make an investment in DLF.

Every time I see the dlf buildings in Delhi, gurgaon, noida etc all buildings are awesome. Dlf is a big brand in real state and builders.
