The least they could do is keep trained staff who are able to answer our queries properly! They have made us run from pillar and post for registeration and wasted so much of our time for such basic stuff that they should be educated about!

Many developers have been keen at sensing increase in the rates of prices as and when they have been keen at sensing the signs of normalcy in the market for the properties of this particular segment. The unit sizes of many of the uses are small leading to many people showing keen interest in buying it leading to further competition.

These builders claim to be better than the others but they make different promises before signing the agreement and different while signing the agreement! Get everything written down from them in advance so that they cannot cheat you later!

Since the past few years, the traffic congestion of the current area has been facing serious rise due to increased number of cars and their driving leads to added traffic and congestion adding to the health threats and making the area more vulnerable for the health concerns of the small children.

I have been watching DLF builders since long time.whether I was in kota or chennai or lucknow.According to one of our coaching staff DLF has build more than 50% of my campus area and also the nearby 70% of rented apartment near my college.And trust me when you visit srm or abode you can see the DLF.

the rented apartment in which im living is also made by DLF.

DLF making building in such a way that all the basic components of a building are available even in 1bhk apartments.

DLF provide us customer supportive facility all around the country.

And I also heard that the project that they are handling will completed within time.

DLF IT park is situated in Ramapuram chennai .It comprises of 8 huge buildings with many different IT companies  like Cognizant, TCS, Vitusa, CGI and many more.

It has a huge ground where we can play sports like cricket, football, basketball, vollyball etc.It has a huge  underground parking area .The place was very spacious and well maintained .There are almost 50000 employees working in this business park.

1000s are customers are cheated by this fraud company, who invested their money believing the brand name. They are worst than a 3rd rated builder. I was cheated by over 10 L over and above the agreement amount in the name of taxes, increased sq.ft area and penalty for late payment.

No one will hear your cries. The quality was worst than a unprofessional builder. Please keep away from DLF. There are better and transparent  builders in the city. Many cases are pending in various courts against his fraud company.

Be careful and keep away.
