I recently owned a flat by this builder. The flat is 2BHK and floor planing of the flat is very good the facilities they is also very good. The view around the is looking fine the location of is good because its located at the place where there is no much traffic and pollution. over all I like this builder and I will also recommend others. So the property I owned is Celebrity Square it is at Sarjapur Attibebe road. This location is superb for living in crowded Bangalore because bit far from city. Even being far from city the public transport is very good at this place buses are available from morning till 9pm connectivity to city is also very good Elelctronic city is just 8km from the apartment. a lovely for living.

I own a villa in Celebrity Grandeur(Phase II of Celebrity housing Projects). The Project is supposed to be a gated community with around 180 plots. However, Celebrity has so incorrectly planned this that the main road has to be open for public and this road also serves prime connectivity to Celebrity Golden Treasure and Celebrity Prime City. As a result, managing security in the layout is a major concern for the residents.

Regarding amenities, Celebrity has not fulfilled a single element as per their commitments. The area demarcated for Swimming pool and Tennis courts are still patch of bushes. Roads(main and other lanes) are in sorry states. Layout boundary walls are of 3 feet height at places and porous at others. Residents have built a Kids play area at their own cost. Only one bore-well had been provided by Celebrity for 180 plots and no street lights had been installed. Residents only have taken up the developmental activities and working towards it with their own fund.

Moreover, Celebrity is no showing interest in completing the committed amenities and focusing on selling other projects such as Celebrity Serenity and Harmony.

I am staying in celebrity harmony since january 2015. It is a gated community with 24* 7 security. The possession was given in June 2013 and the builder has a good reputation.

The drawback for this place is the connectivity as it is far from the city. Although all amenities are available nearby.

Nearest hospital: ramakrishna hospital, narayana hrudayalya

Bus stop: 200m from the society

Police station: 1km

The society staff is helpful and takes care of day to day requirements of the residents
