Brightland Estates, Mumbai

I am writing about this company called brightland estates. Recently my brother built his home through hiring this company. I was there when the construction work was going on. They were not using good quality of materials. They have charged a very high price and was not using even standard materials for construction. I talked with the manager about this and he said that these are good quality products and other brands that I am talking about are the poor ones. I argued with him about this as he was trying to fool by using poor quality products and saying it as good one. They were taking so much time in construction too. This added to my anger and I decided to discontinue this company.

Hi friends I want to share me experience with brightland estates. few months back we wanted to build our dream home. but they didn't let us make our dream come true.here are the following reasons: the material they are using for construction is cheaper than cheapest.when we told them to use material.they were very rude. they argued that dont tell us what to do or not. this type of behaviour doesnt suit anyonethey are always late on work. and lazy too. as they took more than enough time to build home.their staff was also not goodtheir service is very bad.they should close this bussiness.and the rates were too high even for the cheapest things.it was totally wastage of moneyI would recommend you all not to hire them for any construction workthank you

They are the worst builders l have ever seen. Brightland Estates, Mumbai is very inefficient builders. They are not capable of doing their works properly . My friend once gave them a project and it turned out to be foolish decision of choosing them for the purpose. So friends dont get cheated by this company and dont trust them.

Hai friends

Here I am going to share my experience about this apartment. I had been stayed here for few months. But within first two months I got disappointed by their bad service and support to the customers.

The customer service is very pathetic. If we call them for any repairments or complaints they won't give response immediately. If they give any reply also it should be in very rude.

The staffs are also the same. Even the security is also not dedicated in his work. Once we reached the apartment at midnight, he was not awake. He was sleeping there and we waited there more long time.

The product implementation rate is not good. It is very expensive. Because they are not maintaining the rooms and its construction in well manner. It is full messy and not attractive design and all.

So overall I am not satisfied with their services and totally disappointed with staying in this apartment.

Brightland Estates gives us happiness for our life it means our home. They gives us with fulsatisfaction in their material like cement , sand and other things. And their rates is not high it is in our budget. They give us our dream home. We all are enjoy from their products. They give us very beautiful home for our bright future. We bought this home before a year. Every types of facility are available are there. We dont have any upsets from their. With the help from Brighland Estates more than lakhs peoples buy homes and sets happiness life. Thank, s friends.

This is not worst But a bad builder in terms of their customer service and support to thier customers.

The same that they were dealing the customer very badly .They talk rubbish to thier customers.If a customers bargain for a price then they talk abusively to their customers and say bad words which is not good for the customers .

The staff of this builders too lazy to do any work they only want money in excess amount.The staff here also don't even do their honestly and nicely.They talk very badly to thier customers also.

The implementation rstes is too high and they use bad material and show high price ti thier customers.

Bad builder and service too.

This builders is failed to give the best customer service to their customers .

The bad about them that they were not at all listening to their customers and they do just whatever they want.They don't talk nicely to their customers and don't work according to the customers wish.

TGE staff of the builders company is also not good they work very slowly and lazily too.

They also talk very badly to their customers.

The product implementation rates of the builders is also too high as may peoples could not afford to heir them.

These builders were proved to be the worst builder company ever.

The main problem of this company is it's customer service which is not at all accurate because of their attitude.

They don't listen about the condition of the person as well as they don't do the construction according to the desire or dream if the person.They built whatever they want.So this is wromg from their side.

Staff courtsey in this company is not so much.The staff's attitude is also not good to their customers.They work but very lazily and they done their work very very late so not good.

The charges that they were charged to a person for the implementation js bery very high as many of the peoples do not afford this much charges.

So I recommended personally not to hier this builder company for any project.

Hello friends I used brightland estate service 6 months ago. I have to do some construction work in my home. I had not good experience with them. They do not use good quality of material I said them use good quality of material because we have not a budget problem. But they are ignoring me. I do not know why they ignoring me. This is my house and this is my choice how I want to construct it. Their staff behaviour is not good. Their customer service is not good as well. When I contact them they did not answer me correctly any of my question. But I give the project of my house. They had no proper engineers and labours for work. They said they will done construction in 3 months but they take 6 months. This is a very big difference. If you want to construct your house I recommend you do not use their services. It is not a good value for money.

My uncle lives in mumbai. They have own house and their house need maintenance. So they choose brightland estates.

They promised house construction finish in 10 months. But they take actually 18 months brightland estates uses very low quality material but before the deal they sat we use good quality material.

Brightlanf staff couldn't talk politely and they can't hear anything.

If your house needs maintenance then you don't choose brightland estates.

Brightland estates its building where this estates provide people to flate. It is situated in mumbai. In my knowledge it was a very bad experince that people would get.

There have so many people who experince with it this estates.

They also provide us very bad experince with it. Recently on of my relative invest in this estates and booked a flat around 60 lakhs. Also said that. It was one of their wrong decision. They also said that there have lots of place where a very good deal available also said that the flates cost are very high. So in my opinion I want to say that if anyone want to invest their money for a flate then they should go to another place where they get very big and better deal in very fair price.

Hi this is tushsr patel I want share with you about this brightland esttes. Two year ago I have to invest 55 lacs in property so I booked a flat for living thats for I given 15 lacs in advance . During booking time the builder told me you got the possesion in july 2014 but ss per he promises they did not completed their project. they also tald me you have to pay 200000 lacs extra for lifetime mentenance. after one year society taking 500 rs for mentenance. so dont booking anything from this builder.

In the month of July last year, I paid up 30 percent of the total amount towards booking.

I was promised completion of second slab by January this year.

The builder has missed the deadlines and is falling short on every promise that they made. The promised garden and the road facing flat for me on the 2nd floor are not possible according to them.

I am sure they must have gotten extra cash from some other party and given the said flat to them.

I feel so cheated. I now have to chose from 3rd or 1st floor.

Why does Brightland Estates make promises which they can not fulfil?

The worst part is they hold no one accountable for it. I visited the site office but was not satisfied by the replies of the team.

Very unprofessional developer. Do not invest in their under construction projects. Better opt for completed buildings or resale flats as that is much safer.

I had booked a flat in bandra by brightland estates.

But the builder told me that you can get possessions in 2016 but now they are telling that they are not gonna give possession in 2016 year they are going to give possession in 2019 directly.

This is unacceptable and they have taken our 20 percentage booking amount and now they are telling that you may get refund but not at a time but after some dayz. But we want our refund back now only so this is the worst builder.
