Belcon constructin is one of the growing company in construction work. Quality of construction is medium. There are so many building constructed by Belcon. Most of them are vacate due to high range. They required to decrease their price per sqf. Workmanship is not so good as people think. They need to increase quality as well as workmanship.

Out of 13 Stations, ONE station is structurally completed with 30 Floors. Owners need to pay more than 40-90% than agreed amount to get handover. Owners of other stations will be shifted to shifted upon paying this extra value only. Customers of this only station also has to pay more than agreed to get handover. No Plans on further construction. No details on handover. No updates on site progress. But having bouncers to throw the customers who questions.

They promised me to handover in by Dec 2013. So far they haven’t even started by construction in these station. When asked about the project progress, they don’t even care to respond to the customer. On top of these, the builder is demanding 40% extra money( more than what was agreed in the agreement) to switch to another owner. Very bad experiance. They have rude behavior.

Belcon is a famous builder in my locality which nearly charge more but put their best effort to complete the project. I have a deal with them to build my apartment home wall about 11 foot with electrical wire fitting. They actually start their work on aug5 and finish their work on aug13 . Actually very fast . Any other builder who see the project print they said they must need 1 month of time to complete. Actually the belcon use the latest technology to do their work . They really finish their work with great mechanisim.

Their labours are we trained and do fluently of their work.  No any single problem regarding my from belcon engineering beacause their staffs are very good communication amongst each other. Every supervisor of this company well handled of their work pressure. They do in two shifts . One shift is from 8 am to 5 pm and second shift is from 8 pm to 5 am. Woooow good and efficient.
