Bptp DwarkaExpressway - FRAUD

We purchased a plot from them and paid money but with just a bit of delay in payment due to lockdown, they terminated our plot and forfeited all our hard earned money.. We kept asking for reinstatement as they violated all the clauses of their own BBA and unethically cancelled the plot.. They breach their own contract and now asking to pay inflated price of property as per current market rate off the records, to get the plot back.. Never trust them and DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM BPTP.. THEY ARE FRAUD.. PEOPLE WHO INVESTED HAVE ALSO NOT GOT THEIR POSESSION.. Buy in BPTP only if u wish to lose all your money..

BPTP Amstoria is a premium and luxurious integrated township project from the developer BPTP Limited. It is located in sector 102 lies just adjacent to 100 acre planned District Park on the Dwarka Expressway.

The Dwarka Expressway region has a net supply of 72 group housing projects including high rise apartments, low rise builder floors, villas and plotted development.BPTP Amstoria is situated in close vicinity to work place locations along industrial sectors 33 – 37A and also in close vicinity to neighboring New Gurgaon residential areas followed by Industrial Model Town Manesar.

Eventually this township happens to be a good habitable location with close access to work places, International Airport and South Delhi.

It sounds good for any investor but there are some portion of land and approval of the same yet to receive from Government of Haryana which will play a key role to bring attention of buyer.
