This is the worst contractor which I had ever experienced. This builder just have less experience and no working skill. We had given him the contract seven years back and till now the project is not completed. Only 40% of the job is done. He just have less workers so the speed is really slow. The project cost is very high. The implementation and mapping of the project changes every year.

This builder don't listen of our and do according to his ideas. Even he is very harsh. Most of the time he don't visit the locations where the work is going on. The part of the building which is completed is not having proper electricity and water supply. Most of the people are now staying on rents and are facing difficulties in paying rent as it was promised that the work will be completed within five years. I suggest to avoid giving contact to this builder.

Its a good company and very genuine.such real estate must be built. it gives right information and helps you in every step while buying, thinking process, gives you idea, and even good tricks to help in buying right property. This is a must try real estate company.
