Its my first interaction &deal in patna.All staff are making bluffs for getting any how money from customers.They showed all fraud way to attract customers.After taken money all offices already sold in local patna offices, no one available to resolve or understand the customers issues.Not havingproper controls of RERA. Where i should get resolveor file complaints.How to get back money ?? ?? ??.

I have also booked a flat at IOB Nagar R1 Varanasi in the year of 2015 by paying a amount of 5.50.000/- with Tax to them but still till today nothing has been started yet.. So I requested Mr. Alok Kumar M. D Agrani Homes Pvt Ltd Patna as the money receiept was issued from patna patliputra branch by writing and email to Mr. Alok Kumar and their accounts department to refund the money. . After repeated requests by phone /email / wats up reminder to Mr. Alok Kumar on his number and personal visit to patliputra patna. No one was ready to talk or take calls after the request of refund. At last I knocked the doors of RERA UP and got the orders from the court to refund the entire amount with bank intrest from the date of deposit of the amount till date. Within 45 days.... but I am still not able to find Mr. Alok Kumar and others directors or any of is employees in Patna or Varanasi.. It's a humble request that any one have any kind of information regarding Mr. Alok Kumar or his any associates plz let me know on my this number or wats up at 7980161515

Md of Agrani homes Alok Kumar is a fraud person. he never respond to his phone or email once you pay the installmet of your booked flat. I conttracted him 2010 and support to deliver by 2013 so far 20 percent work done after paying 80 percent payment. since last one month trying to cotact hin in his given numbner 8294631800. he never pick up and always disconnect. big fraud I got trapped. feel cheated. as I am outside patna hence during my next visit will go under RERA to file complain. As part of Govt. authority RERA also corrupt department won't do anything. But aleast will file cpmplain. Big fraud person and company is Agrani.

Have deposited money 5 years back still no revert neither returning money. Time to Vandalise Agrani all offices and need to shoot his MD also so that they will learn lesson. If any body has suffered with same requesting all to come under one proof. As I m going to call media also

Never buy home from this company I have a thorough research about this company but when I came to know about their fraudulent It was too late. I have invested my all savings after trapping in their sweet voice. This company has single thumb rule to rotate your money within their project development but never accomplish possession. You might be threaten if dare to say against them. Once you ask for refund of payment there will be drastic change in their behavior and their staffs will start ignoring your calls which may be noticed clearly. They took money from innocent people for those projects which are not approved and playing Kho-Kho eventually they are liable to be trialed under criminal sections not in civil. Requesting all victims to come under common roof for further action. I may be reached at 7015389367 I have to add others exploited to common platform. I have also a blueprint against their fraudulent by using judiciary, RERA, consumer forum and social media to expose them.

If you will go to any company of the Agrani Group, they will mesmerise you with their reception office and will welcome you with tea, coffee, cold drinks.

But, once you will pay them, you will be treated like no one, everytime false promises but on phone they will show that work will start within 2 months but it will never be so.

So, effectively when you come to know that they(Agrani Homes Real Construction) or any of their group company are cheating with you, it will be more than 2 years. When you will start asking for your money refund, then you will realise that what blunder you have done.

Their staff and specially CMD of the company or some ppl pretending to be CMD of the Company on phone all are alike. whatever they say is just LIE/DHOKHA and nothing ELSE.

I have booked in 2016 and started asking for refund from 2017, and I am still asking as on 22.10.2018.

Agrani homes is real estate company. This company promise you that it will provide various type of prelaunching flat in patna location and handover the flat within 3 years but its a trap it will take 10 to 12 years. Moreover, this company also promise you that it will not take any extra charges but on the time of possesion it will demand 3 lakh for parking. So guys be careful if you think to buy flat from Agrani Homes.

Sir, I request from the new buyer to just not deal with Agrani Group. They will tell all the wrong information to take money from you. After that they will just avoid you. They are not interested in projects but only interest in your money. If you want to return your money then they will block your mobile number or simply not pick your phone or they will switch their mobile number. I had invested lot of money under one time booking offer and now struggling to get money back. I will post the things regularly to make you aware with the faulty personnel name and contact details also.

I booked a flat in mar 2014 in pre launch booking in one time payment scheme with agrani homes. the project map was not approved till jun 2016, so we cancelled our booking. even after one year of cancellation they have not refunded our booking amount. they are cheater company earning from our money and does not care for his customers. we have lodged a case against him. it is my suggestion to all future investors and buyers plz don't invest with agrani homes or you will be in trouble. before investing plz get feedbacks from existing customers

Agrani is making his customers to act like land owners of their project.therefore without any agreement of project they are booking flats at very cheap rate and from that money they buy land and whose 50% shares or may be less than 50% belongs to their cheap rate flat olders and the rest of the flats they sale at market rate.they are doing only one thing that they dont take land or plot on conversion basis simply they buy land through market funding and this is the main reason of agrani success.

Trust means Agrani, this is an awesome company in today's world.

I feel very happy whenever I look at my home, Thanks Agrani thankyou so much for fulfilling our needs. Next time whenever anyone will ask me for the best builders I'll definitely suggest Agrani Homes to them.

I am very happy to live in such a spacious and beautiful house.
