Aditya Builders and Developers, Delhi

If I talk about my experience so its not very good with aditya builders in Delhi. there is so many confussion about the project and the price of their flats and other things.

I was looking for a flat so I go to watch with aditya builders project in DELHI/NCE but I was not satisfied with the dealing of aditya builders.

> they was not sure about the final payment.

> services and other things was not so clear in their sociery.

> they was not sure about a final date for pasition.

> they are talking round and round not so clear so I have to face problem to understand.

> agent was not very much sure about the flat area and some other things.

so I have refuse the plan to go with aditya builders.

Aditya Builders like many builders deal in flats and apartments in Delhi. I have seen many flats and apartments but particularly this builder's prices are like they don't even know what are the prices prevailing in the area or they think the buyers to be fool to buy from them.

The high prices of flats are very much a deal breaker. They are not providing such facilities which can be justified at that price. The area in which they are building the flats is also not so much high priced. There are other builders in the same area who are providing the same kind of flats at very much affordable prices. The kind of facilities in the flat or near it is not adequate.

There is also not any confirmation about the hand over date of the flats. You can be fooked if you fall in their trap. These kind of companies just gather customers and take money from them and delay the handing over of the flats. The frustrated customers themselves withdraw from them.

Once I approached aditya builders and developers for 3BHK flat, the advance booking was very high, secondly they are charging the price of the 3BHK.

More compare to its location and facilities, the time duration for handing over was also not clear, so decided to go for other developers in real estate thats ajnara builders which provided me the same thing in less cost with decent location, were almost all facilities is in vicinity.

I was looking for a flat in Delhi NCR and I go to see aditya groups.

I don't like the structure and the society of this groups. price was much and facilities was not so much in this groups housing societies.

There is also some problem to completing the project and the issue with the position when you want may be they will not deliver on that time because work was slow. So I have change my mind. If you are looking for a new home must go with an other project.
