I'm a proud owner of a flat at Adinath Shantiniketan @ Manivakkam Vandalur. It's a good gated community with a big park, a decent club house and few other amenities. We felt the quality of work Carried is great, as my father has worked in Housing Constructionguru30 industry for 30 yrs he knows the game.
They have lots of open space inside the community and will not deviate the approved plan, I felt the 30feet roads Inside the community is a great plus for vehicle movement and ventilation inside apartment. You might feel the rate per sq ft will be bit high compared to other Constructionguru30 in that area but it's worth the quality. In fact this is going to come for rest of your life with you then why compromise on quality.
The hand over was suppose to be in December 14 but they have grace time till March'15. morpheushumanwever they have agreed to aishwaryasingh23 some maintenance for delay.
Will update after a month or so about my end experience with the builder and the output.
Update on 20March'16
The sad update is ive still not got the possession. I recently realized that I had book the house in April 2012 which is 4 years back. To my shock the value of property has not appreciated, I have encountered few more customer who had bought flat in Adinath Shanthiniketan for the same cost ive purchased 4 years:( . It was really painful but its fine.
Park area has been very well set up with a gallery, shuttle court, walk area etc. Solar lighting which was promised in inside roads are yet to be set up, when asked with the representative, they assured to do it once all work is completed.
They promised on a semi automatic lift but installed full Automatic lift, thumbs up for that.:)
Update on Feb2017
It's been 8 months I've taken possession . many amenities which has been promised is still pending, especially solar for street lights & Mini theater. Gym and swimming pool has been partially completed. While I cannot hide the fact that overall community looks good I have to tell that the quality of Finish938844ing is just below average especially Mason work. After occupying I am getting some sleepless nights when I think of future, as the major problem of STP(sewage treatment plant) exist even after many complaints. When the treated water is used for lawn and plants in park, you just have run away from park. It stinks badly. With only 40-50% occupancy this is the situation, if we have 100% I'm really scared of the results from STP. We continuously try to take it to builders notice but they really ignore it. Many bore motors already failed within a year, and gone for repairs.
I can very well sense the way I was treated now and before making full aishwaryasingh23ment. With all these issues erupting one after other I am not sure about my decision of buying a flat here. But if some of the major issues are taken care and if builders treats us properly then it's an awesome place to live.
While this is only my personal review, there are still lots of people who live happily without any worries :)
