Builder Sathi Adi Reddy is good but his site manager Raghu is big cheater. He doesn't have professional efficiency, competency neither expertise. He is the most pathetic person on earth.Builder forces owners to clear all dues before occupying the house where as maximum amenities are pending.

Only one lift is functional. Other lifts have not even been fixed.no gym or club house

Adi developers at the price point these builders have given. This is good project. The architecture is very good sufficient balconies and good ventilation. If one wants find faults we can find many. Firstly it has only 4 floors which means that you dont feel claustrophonic while in the lift or in the stairs. As pointed could have been refined better but with little money spent at the right location this can be refined ambiance can be improved. Many many apartments in bangalore area look like pigeon holes. Unlike these size of the 3 bedrooms. The living rooms are very welcoming

This is a dead wander. The manufacturer will just appear at regular intervals giving false guarantees. The nature of the work done is additionally extremely poor. Inhabitants are now paying high support for a 3-4 year old building which is now hinting at harm because of poor development. Manufacturer has not began on a large number of the civilities which were guaranteed and were incorporated into the leaflet. Good property in bangalore, I bought a 2bedroom apartment in adi north lake apartment i:e 1116 sft I like the ventilation of apartment and it is constructed as per 100% vaastu, they are giving all facilities with good amenities like four lifts, swimming pool, one car parking, club house, basket ball hoop, childrens play area. and the ventilation of building is very good, I like the project and I recommend.

As every one knows how difficult now a days it is to get a good quality construction where we invest our whole life savings and by EOD if the same does not satisfy our expectation then we feel cheated.

After lot of home work and consulting various builders in north bangalore recently finalized and booked a flat in Adi North Lake. I had visited the construction site many times before finalizing. Construction quality was up to the standard as promised by the builder. Very nice location calm and also good water bed. Compared to other builders the cost sheet is very reasonable and economical. I am satisfied with the construction pace.

I am sharing my personal experience with the Srinilaya Builders and would advice please read it before you plan to purchase the property. The sample house was very good and the property was in our budget. They said so many good points but I would let you know their worst points. Firts of all there are no lifts in the building, which they said to be soon installed, but nothing of that sort has been done.

They started work of installing lifts and have stopped in midway and now that is in incomplete state. Secondly, there is no proper drainage system and have to face sewage problem regularly. Same is the case with electricity. He uses the low price technique and then leaves all the work when flats are sold or rented. We were made fools and came in his trap and now facing problems regularly. Due to incomplete work, nobody is ready to take flats even in lower prices.

I am briefing you some of the worst points about their projects. They do not have any lift installed in their buildings, and the one which is installed is in incomplete state. Kids cannot play outside in the premises as there are low quality electricity wires which cause issues every other day.

Think before buying any property from this builder. They just loot money from the innocent people like you and me. Some other points include, no main drainage connection and no drinking water connection. It feels like we are residing in some deep slum area

The amenities provided by srinllaya projects are very mind blowing. They provide all help from booking the apartments till closing the deal in buying the apartments. If you are looking to buy a home for yourself or maybe build one then no need to panic or look around anymore.

The contractors at srinilaya are recommended to be the best. Talking about ambiance, it’s the perfect environment to bring up the kids and to live a good life.

Being environment friendly, all age groups find the surrounding pretty peaceful and away from the chaos and rush. Next comes electricity. It’s a relief.

They provide a 24 hour electricity commitment, be it in the form of generator or a full time inverter. Water problems are not all to be faced here. Water is always available, uplifting your cranky mood. Transportation in the nearby areas is too good. So all in all you wouldn’t have many problems if you decide to stay.

[Sept 08, 2016]: Ppl, again I urge you not to buy home from this Builder. Yesterday Mr Adi Reddy visited Srinilay projects, Hyderabad and threatened residents for removing comments, so that he can fool others too to invest in Bangalore flats. There are still lot of work to be completed and yet he is clamming that everything is resolved and issues have been closed. I suggest people who are thinking to buy apartment from this builder to check with the current residents of the completed projects.

More than anything I was shocked to see that he had so much of courage of not completing the project yet threatened people to whom he should have apologized.

Again, please restrain yourself from buy home from this fraud builder.

It was in December 2013 that we bought this house in Adi Emerald(Inside Lahiri Homes) The landowner was Alapati Venkateswara Rao who looked like a thorough gentleman and happen to own a school called Global Indian International School. He had great things to say about the builder Adi Reddy owner of Srinilaya projects as well. Little did we know at that time that we are going to enter into a quagmire!

Starting from December 2013 every weekend used to go in looking at the house, getting disappointed with the progress and coming back to the rental house.

When the house was barely complete, LIC Housing Finance in collusion with the landowner released 95% payment without our consensus. We decided to hold back the 5% of the amount since the basic amneties like electricity, water, drainage, parking area(Note: The amneties promised were sw were incomplete but then the land owner and builder started revealing their true colours by black mailing us that if we do not release that 5% payment we are not going to get the possession of the house. We were surprised to know that we were not the only one in this condition he has done it to all the people who bought flats in this building.

Post getting the 5% payment they both have absconded and are not ready to complete this incomplete structure.

Adi Reddy has started another project in Bangalore called Adi Northlake. This review is written for the benefit of those people so that they  are aware while buying it from this person and they don't have to go through all that we have been through all this while!

The worst mistake I have done in my life is buying a flat here at Adi Emerald Kondapur. If builder has 100% commitment, then customers are real lucky and if builder has 50% committed, at least customer will get the flat with reasonable standards and appx promised time. Now, just think about a builder who has 0% commitment. It's such a pain to customers.

The construction started back in 2011 and still not completed(2016). Builder doesn't understand the "Do work and take money" concept instead he demands money first and deviates the money to a different projects. The quality of construction is poor. Buying a flat from this builder will only lead to mental tension. It burns your pocket and time after you take the possession of the flat. I strictly don't recommend buying any property from this builder. I would like to give a big zero but software doesn't allow.

These people are plain criminals roaming outside and its just a matter of time that they get paid in thier own coins.

I cant imagine how people with families can do such hostility n cheating to simple and innocent families.The bloody builder does not have guts to face the residents of the society after the cheating he has done. The bloody landowner has the guts to blackmail for getting pending money and yet put himself as a victim. Its just a matter of shame that in India we can let such criminals get off doing such harm to innocent families.

These set of frauds dont give the basic facilities like electricity water and drainage. To the apartment forget doing the exteriors and interiors. The saga of cheating starts from the imposter who posed as the Marketing representative and had the nerve to argue once questioned.some Prasad Named guy. We are suffering everyday every single day fighting for basic amenities and spending like anything. I wish some political party heeds cognisance to our pain and helps us fight these set of frauds who need to be beaten to death for thier criminal activities.

We bought a house from Mr Adireddy.He is the worst builder one can meet in their lifetime. He promises you everything but does not provide anything.He don't even care to finish the internal house work.Adi's emerald is one such project which lacks the bacis aminities like permanent  water connection, drainage, parking, corridor lighting, painting, etc. People who have bought the house are not the only one,  even the employees who work under him are not paid their hard earned money. The residents of Adi Emerald site at Masjid Banda Hyderabad, were pleasantly surprised to see the approaching car of the builder Sri Adi Reddy garu but Lo and behold the surprise was short lived as he did not come with plans to complete the jinxed project but to strong arm the resident to withdraw the reviews on Mouth shut .As the timely reviews alerted the Bangalore investors, by hook or crook he wants the reviews be removed. When confronted by the unity among the cheated investors he came up with yet another promise to complete the project by 30/11/2016.

We at Adi Emerald Masjid banda Hyderabad, SALUTE the investors of Bangaloe for their vigilance and Mouth shut for their services to the society by exposing the builder’s fraud on the dreams of senior citizens of owning an apartment.

How did I get duped so late in life this is what is bothering me, what fooled me- is it the impeccable family back ground of the builder Adi Sathi Reddy, the silky talk or the LIC Housing Finances’ approval of the ADI EMERALD project of Srinilaya ambiance of Lahari Resorts Masjid Banda Gachibouli Hyderabad with which the land lord ALAPATI is associated .I have invested my hard earned retirement benefits for down payment and asked my son to buy this flat in Adi Emerald venture of Srinilaya Builders, convincing him that the builder belongs to a respectable family.

The LIC HOUSING Finance in connivance with the builder released 100% payment with out completing even 75% of the project. The overhead water tank is not completed.the duct dooms are not done, the cellar parking, the second lift, corridors, staircase railings name the common area work it is incomplete or not initiated at all like the swimming pool and meditation hall. I am sure he had promised all these in the ADI NORTH LAKE Bangaluru project as well INVESTORS BEWARE. After collecting 100% payment handed over the keys to me but not the occupancy letter. As regards internal work of the flat after paying 100% to the builder I had to pay the painter, plumber to get the works done apart from the part payment for the tiles as the builder was not coming to the site and not paid to the painter, plumber etc.

If only Srinilaya flat owners at Haffizpet Hyderabad had posted some reviews instead of suffering in private 50 investers would have been saved from the builders claws.

It is said that the team is as good or as bad as the captain, I say this because once the booking is done it is near impossible to get through to the BUILDER MAHARAJ so B E W A R E I N V E S T O R S.

I reside in apartment built by this Builder. Within my house I see, very basic amenities are not fulfilled. No plan for Drainage, incorrect water connections. All the third parties who worked with Srinilaya builder like Plumber, Painter, Electrician complain inadequate payment made. It is not fair at all to dupe the customers this way. I don't recommend this builder to any one.

Please dont go with this builder. The advertisement might look impressive using just power point and Flash software but when it comes to implementation, just watch out!
